I choose Precision because they answered the phone and could get to me on Saturday afternoon. I have a lot of valuable stuff in my garage, and would not want to leave the door open over night. The way it was, it was impossible to close the garage door. Your representative was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing, repaced all the worn or broken parts and did a great job. I will choose Precision again if I have future garage door problems.

We needed new weather stripping for one of our garage doors. They did a great job color matching it to our door. Kyle Muyskens was great to work with, friendly, professional and meticulous. Fast, convenient service. Called ahead and came 2 hours early on a Sunday. Explained needed repairs, provided quote, replaced broken door spring, adjusted door so it closes tightly and reset door remotes that haven't worked for years. Very pleased.

Knowledgeable, not pushy and seemed to be trustworthy. This was the only company I called that actually could come out today (called Precision about 3 pm and they were here before 5 pm) as advertised. Three other big name garage door companies told me the soonest they could come would be Monday afternoon (yet their ads said same day service) Also was able to get 30 day quote if I decide to replace some parts that likely will need replacing without being charged another service charge.
