I emailed Precision Door Services of Des Moines at 9:50am this morning with a broken 18' residential garage door. After a few emails an appointment was scheduled for this afternoon. Scott called when he was 10 minutes away from my home, arrived on site, assessed the situation, provided a quote for exactly what I requested and performed the repair in 40 minutes. The price was within what I expected and Scott was extremely professional, polite and very clean. All replaced parts were removed form site and I am extremely happy that I called Precision Door Services of Des Moines.

Sunday morning and my primary door wouldn't open. I called the company I used for over 10 years and they would not come out on a Sunday. I remember watching ads for Precision, specifically their "no extra charge on weekends).....music to my ears. The representative that answered the call could not have been more friendly and efficient and scheduled a tech for an hour and a half later. She asked if I would be available earlier if he could make it earlier, and that he would call before coming. He did call and come well before the scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, he asked that I give him time to take photos and complete a thorough diagnostic of the door and all it's parts in order to give me an estimate an options. Then he gave me a very detailed and understandable explanation for his concerns (everything on the door was original from 1993 except the door opener and springs). What he was suggesting was for safety and longevity, validating the expense. I authorized the work and he completed everything in approximately an hour and again reviewed all he had done and tested the door a few times while I watched. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I highly recommend Scott and Precision!!!!!

My door jumped the track on a Friday night. I called Precision for the first time. They set an appointment for me for Saturday morning. Adam called me at 8:10am and was at my house by 8:30. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly, and didn't sell me parts I didn't need. Adam was professional and kind. I'll definitely be calling back to Precision when needed and requesting Adam. A+++ service!

I called at just the right time today to get my very noisy garage door repaired. The tech was 10 minutes away! Cody Wallace thoroughly inspected the door & mechanism and fully explained recommended services & repairs including costs. He had all needed parts on his service van and completed the work in about an hour. Very pleased with the results!

Naturally, my garage door stopped working on a Sunday after a storm passed through on Saturday night. I remembered the commercials about precision on TV and called them. Imagine my surprise when they were able to come within just a short amount of time. The technician worked hard to complete the work in a very hot garage without any complaints and in a short amount of time. The service was exceptional and if I have any other issues in the future, I will use them again.

My name is Charles Herrera, I am Chris’ father. I wanted to help my son by giving him the gift of a new garage door opener, since his stopped working. I contacted more than one company to get an estimate, and or appointment to check out Chris’ situation. Precision not only was the first to respond, they offered me an appointment for early the next day. Their Tech, Grant Sagan exactly when he was supposed to. My son said he was professional, courteous, knowledgeable. After Grant diagnosed the problem my son was having, he proposed few options to get the door up and running. We accepted our best option, and the work was done efficiently, and skillfully. My son and I are impressed with the quality of workmanship and the speed at which the repair and installation was accomplished. Definitely a 5 Star installation. I would recommend this business to anyone in need of any garage door services.

I was able to schedule a next day appointment. My technician, Nathan, called me to verify the appointment, and came when he said he would. I appreciated that. Nathan completed a detailed inspection of my garage door system, identified the problem, and other issues that I didn't know about. Eric came out to check out why my remotes weren't working with new batteries in them. Both the inside button and the outside pad worked. He discovered the problem, documented it and made warranty recommendations in case this happens again. All 3 remotes now work.
