We originally called about a broken spring for one garage door - and ended up having a complete replacement done on both garage doors. Worth was very thorough, explaining to us why our garage door springs (that had been replaced not so long ago) didn't last, and the weaknesses in our system (original to when our house was built nearly 30 years ago) that would likely cause issues in the near future. The entire replacement (everything but the doors) was done more quickly than I imagined. The doors are quieter and have a lifetime warranty. We would definitely recommend Worth for his professionalism and quality work.

The two technician's were very polite and knowledgeable and explained what was recommended and why. After the project was completed they explained how everything worked as the old garage door opener was old and needed updated and programed. They also replaced some needed parts. I am very pleased to have called Precision and got scheduled so quickly!

I had a problem with my Genie outdoor key pad garage door opener. I thought that I just needed to replace the batteries but apparently it had become disconnected to my overhead opener. After trying to contact Genie about the problem without success, I called Precision Garage Doors who had done the install of the overhead opener and key pad a couple of years ago. They agreed to come out and look at the key pad and determine why it was no longer working since it wasn't a battery problem. Eric came to my residence and quickly determined that the key pad was no longer activating the overhead opener and had to be re-synched. He completed the process quickly and my key pad was operational again. The best part, no charge for the service! Precision is my go to business for any problems with my garage doors. Great service and good people to work with.

My expectations were surpassed. Most of the time service providers are in a hurry. Caiden farrand was very accommodating when I asked him to wait for a text response from my wife. My problem was quickly diagnosed and solved with details of how caiden planned to fix the issues. Caiden was polite and easy going, he's very easy to get along with. The 5 star rating and great online reviews made me confident I would be in good hands. I'm happy to say "in good hands" is an understatement, with a less then one day response and fix you guys have earned another big fan.

Spring broke on my garage door last night around 9:30. I went online and made an appointment for today! Tech showed up on time and did a complete repair on my door….new springs, cable, rollers and I decided to purchase a new opener as well as mine is 11+ years old. I came home from work to discover that my both springs on my builder grade door had broken. I called that night and Worth showed up by 9 the next morning. He took the time to answer my questions and gave me solid insight o what he thought was wrong with the door. He gave me several options on how he could fix it and answered any questions I had. Once I picked my option he got right to work and in less than an hour he had my door working again! I chose Precision because I was looking for a specific manufacturer of door sealer. The name recognition from your advertising did not hurt. I had expected that a technician was coming out to give an estimate and assurance that Precision could install the Clopay sealer I needed. Actually, Cody came out, analyzed the problem, and offered to make the needed repairs immediately. Cody was professional but also very personable. He obviously knew what was needed and was very accommodating in his explanations. What I thought might be a multi-step process was handled quickly and expertly. Our service call was scheduled within 48 hours based on our availability. Adam Looman, Service Tech, arrived promptly as scheduled, listened to our concerns and spent time assessing the situation. He reassured us that things were working properly, lubricated the tracks as needed, and left us with a can of lubricant and instructions as to how and when to lubricate. He was knowledgeable and patient, and did a great job addressing our concerns, all at no charge to us! Overall, a terrific service experience.
