I called to ask for garage door broken spring repair. After I explained the situation, the lady who picked up the phone said the price could be around $90-$189 with no labor fee. Next day, Scott the technician came and estimate the cost for me, it went up to nearly $1000 for he said the company would not change that type of spring but my garage system (not include the automatic opener) needed to be changed. I decided not to have it done at the time, but I really appreciated the free estimation and Scott is a nice guy. Thank you.

Mr Taylor, I chose your company because of your T V ads & you have a local Panora phone #. I called October 30 th, Zach Anderson came here that day ,looked the situation over and ordered the parts I needed and told me it would be about 2 weeks when someone would be back to fix my door. Finally on Dec. 4th Marqui Beverly came with the parts, the top 2 panels for my 16 ft door & low headroom tracks for the door also. He struggled for + - 3 hours till he said he had it the best he could get it to work and packed up and left... It does not seal at the top or bottom of the door now as it did before. From the inside the left bottom touches the floor but the right bottom does not touch the floor as it did for the last 10 years and the top does not seal against the header. I think Mr Beverly needs some on the job training for his finish work so he doesn't have to rely on his ear buds & phone to complete a job.. Sorry, but he tried hard to get it finished, but just couldn't get it right...He told me I had the wrong opener for the door size, but it has worked for 10 years that way ...

Given my wife seeing your ads on local television, she contacted your offices and the office staff scheduled an appointment to happen within a couple of hours. Scott Peterson arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time. He reviewed the condition of our existing garage door, the history of the garage door opener and associated fittings and offered potential solutions. We opted for a new Genie garage door opener with associated parts, including new springs, rollers and chain drive. Scott worked continuously while here, accomplishing the complete installation in under two hours. Scott even took the time to program my vehicle's garage door opener button. Scott gave us a tour of his competed work, how the new garage door opener will work, and how to maintain the new pieces he installed. We could not have expected a more professional installation. Our garage door unexpectedly wouldn’t open, and of course it was on a Saturday when Des Moines received 9”+ of snow. I expected to be stuck until a weekday, but was able to quickly & easily schedule an appointment on the website. The door broke at 10:30 p.m. and snow storm on the way. Saw 5 star reviews and open until 11 p.m. Called and got Scott was excellent and on time at 10:00 A.M. the next day! Gave choices, explained well and saw the problems he showed me. Set up openers to vehicles. We went with fix it all (rollers, springs, etc.) to save more trouble and another call back later, which also appealed to us with included 10 year warranty. We had the intel opener system installed six years ago by the same company. Excellent customer service!
