My opener was noisy, the spring was in poor shape and the tracks were out of alignment because I tried to open the door with a lock engaged. The outside weather gaskets were cut too short so they were not working at all. Grant Sagan, the technician from Precision Garage Door Service asked me to tell him what was going on. He outlined everything that was needed and quoted me a fair price even though a return trip would be required for the new door gaskets. The work that was performed was done in a very professional manner at a fair price and exceeded our expectations. We appreciate all the people at Precision Garage Door Service and would highly recommend them for any Garage door issues you could have. They have earned our continued, future business.

Had some cables on the side of the garage door dangling one day after opening the garage door. Looked into it and realized they helped load balance the door and I knew that needed fixed. Looked online and found Precision. They had a tech available next day! I got one two days later for work reasons, but Kyle came out, evaluated the door in about 15 minutes and let me know the issue(s). He suggested all fixes, had 3 levels, and kindly explained them. I only really needed 1 to fix the spring breaking, but did opt for the torsion bar and system as well as the rollers! Wasn’t pushy about what fix or fixes I should do which I appreciate. He went to work and an hour later the door was better than before! Very professional, kind, gave me some advice on the third issue if I wanted to DIY the sensors and fix it up. Honestly super appreciative to have a functional garage door again!

So the repair team took care of the issue B4 any damage to structure or door. Repair was needed because your original installer used to short of lag screws, to mount railings to garage opening. One had fallen completely out of hardware. This what made me check the others. Found 4 or 5 more that had been overtightened and the lags were to short to begin with also. The repair lead kind of shook his head and apologized as he was replacing the short with new longer ones. Moral of the story; Quality of door was like advertised, and they made an error right....Always do your due diligence after any work, as a home owner !

I needed a new seal on the bottom of the garage door so I contacted Precision Service and was provided fats service. Shawn, the technician, was prompt & very courteous . He noticed a few issues that weren’t a major factor but could possibly cause problems in the future. There was no pressure for me to do anything more than replacing the seal but looking ahead I chose to have a lot more done mainly to give me peace of mind. I backed out too quickly and hit my garage door just before it cleared my trunk. It bent the bottom of the door and jilted the door so hard we couldn’t close it. The response to my call was fast, and the repairman was able to come the same day. The repair was a bit more extensive than we had hoped because a couple of the panels had separated. But he finished in a timely manner and the door looked as good as new. I had never used Precision before, but if we ever have a garage door issue in the future this is who I will call. They are professional and highly qualified, and everything was made crystal clear before, during, and after the repair was complete. I highly recommend this company for all garage door issues you may have.

I feel I was sold a inefficient situation to a problem a year or two ago and now worse problems with an expensive solution with a bait and switch option as soon as I did not agree to an over-sell option to something that could have been addressed the last time you were here No offense to the employees personally just probably process I have run a over $400 million dollar business and you can’t try and just not solve a problem for a client without looking at the possibility of what could happen if you don’t look long term Probably not use you again but keep working on improving from comments Thanks

I called Precision at two, and my tech Caiden arrived at 3:00 PM. Caiden explained what was wrong, how it could be fixed, and how much the repair would cost. He went to work, and 30 minutes later, the repair we discussed, and more, were complete. Caiden was polite, and qui k with a smile and a firm handshake. We discussed possible concerns for the future, and how we would address them. And if I choose to replace my 40 year old door, I'll request Caiden. I trust him to do it fast and do it right, and anyone reading this should, too.
