Sam was amazing. Came out late one afternoon and diagnosed the problem. We opted for a new opener and to have it installed first thing the following morning. Sam was prompt, professional, and courteous. He had the new opener installed in no time. Our experience from making the first call to problem solved was such a breath of fresh air compared to trying to get good service from anyone these days! Nothing but 5 stars for Sam and Precision Garage Door Service.

On Saturday, I gave up trying to get my “automatic” garage door open. After hearing the ads on tv, I called Precision. I was amazed when a technician showed up on time as scheduled, was very pleasant and fixed my garage door within an hour. What a relief. Charges were reasonable. I called Precision at 8AM on a Thursday morning as the remote in my car and the handheld remote were no longer working. They were at my home in less than an hour and a half and explained the problems and had them all fixed in great time. He pointed out other things that probably should be fixed, no pressure whatsoever to have them done. But I went ahead and had him fix them as the door and equipment were all over 23 years old. He found the problem immediately and did an inspection of the entire system to be sure there were no other problems.
