Precision is the best! My garage door would only open about 6 inches. At 7:30 a.m. I called Precision, and by 8:20 Ryan was here and started working on my garage door. I needed new springs and rollers. I appreciated he gave me a written estimate and let me choose what work I wanted done, before he started. He was so pleasant and did an excellent job! He worked non stop and left at 9:30.

The repair services provided by Justin met and exceeded our expectations. He was friendly, professional and courteous. He took time to explain the problems that we were having with our garage door and our remote control, and he carefully explained the steps needed to correct them. The garage door apparatus was over 20 years old and presented an electrical problem regarding extra and unnecessary wires. He solved the problem and was able to install updated equipment that resulted in a smoother, less noisy door opening. Our garage door remote openers and the door are now working perfectly. This was an excellent experience. This service was provided on the same day as our initial call, on a Saturday, with no extra charge for a weekend service. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone with garage door repair issues.

Our experience was great. Someone was able to come out pretty quickly on a Monday morning. Worth did a great job of looking over everything and explaining what needed to be repaired and offering options. Everything was done within a couple of hours, and the guys were super professional and friendly. We ended up replacing our motor which came with new remotes and a keypad which we are happy with.

Caiden Farrand replaced our garage door opener and performed a complete inspection of our door and mechanism. He made adjustments to our door and replaced the rollers and steel cable on the door. The new opener is much quieter than our original opener and the garage door operates much smoother. We are very pleased with the quick service and the results of the repair.

Called to have the spring replaced on my garage door. My springs are 2 inch. Was told they only sell 1.75 inch???? Thry wanted to update both of my springs to 1.75. Would not just replace just the broken one. Wanted additional $180.00 to replace the unbroken sping??? I passed on the repair. Called other local door repair shops and they sell 2 inch springs. Amazon is loaded with 2 inch springs.

We have a 100 + year old craftsman style home. Our existing garage doors were several decades old and did not match or function well. Precision sent a technician out to meet with us and offer options. No pressure to buy just facts on what was available and what may look best considering our home style. We settled on a style and placed our order. The technician said it would be about 4 weeks, and they would be back to install. Fast forward 4 weeks. They scheduled the job and in one day they removed and disposed of the old doors and installed the new doors. Derek from precision performed the removal and installation. I was so impressed by the whole experience of getting my garage repaired. What started out as a panicked morning of being stuck in my garage, turned into a speedy revamp of my door which has been clunky and noisy for years. The tech Scott Peterson was detailed, professional, and informative and made sure I understood everything that was wrong and everything that could be changed. I couldn't believe how fast the whole process was! I landed on this company when I saw that they had all 5 star reviews. I can now see why, because this is a great company. Funny how a $59.95 spring tuneup turned into a total makeover, which was perfect timing since all the current parts are 18 years old and due to break at any point. So now we have a new Genie belt drive opener, new rollers and springs, AND NOW it is so quiet I have to look twice to make sure it's actually moving. Nick did an amazing job, very professional and competent, and he accomplished all of this by himself in under a couple hours - would have taken me weeks. We are extremely happy with Nick and his work, will welcome him back anytime.

Ryan called me soon after making contact with the company, notified me his arrival time and was prompt on his arrival to my home. The broken spring was repaired quickly and the garage door was operational. Ryan was polite and professional throughout the service call. These are the guys to go with. The price was better than all the other quotes I got, and I was so impressed with the installer, Derek. He did the whole teardown and rebuild by himself on a 100 degree day and did a fantastic, thorough job. He took the time to make sure everything was sealed, balanced, lubricated and done right, even when the sun was sweltering. He did the entire job himself in a few hours, including loading up the old 14 foot wooden door to haul away. Very impressed with the whole process.
