A new garage door was on the list for this year, it just happened much sooner than anticipated. I made an appointment online, and Kyle was out the same day. I had already looked at options online, so after he looked at the door and the opener, he was honest and said it's going to cost as much to repair the opener as the cheapest option to replace . So I ordered the new door, Hunter was out the next day and got it installed. Now a few weeks later, I booked an appointment online again, Kyle came out again, and installed the new opener. Both of these guys are top notch. The door is incredibly solid, both it and the opener are practically silent. The new opener has some really nice options, you can actually lock the system so it doesn't open with the keypad or the remote, it can also be operated by wi-fi. Both were intalled, cleaned up/hauled away and you couldn't even tell they had been here. I shold be good for a few decades, but I would absolutely recommend them, and ask for Hunter or Kyle.

I called Precision in the morning and they had someone out to fix the garage door the same afternoon. Kyle provided great service in addition to being friendly and professional. Thursday the 21st around 2 PM when I was closing the right-side garage door the cable came off of the left-side drum. The door hung up about half way down. I forced it closed as I thought I would not get anyone to repair it that day. I called Precision Door and the lady said that one of the repair men was finishing a job and would be out between 4 and 4:30 PM. Kyle arrived early, around 2:30 PM, and rehung the door. He was very courteous and professional. He lubricated the rollers on both doors and even increased the spring tension on the left-side door so that it was easier for me to open. Now, that’s service – he makes your company look good.

I called Precision because they’ve installed and repaired for us before. Technicians were helpful and courtesy, listened to the issues. It was an easy solve, one I should have thought about, and they figured it out easily. We talked about purchasing another backup battery but decided to see if the current one would hold a charge now that the issue had been resolved. In and out quickly. I will call again.
