A friend recommended Precision Door Service. Grant (the technician) was very professional and easy to work with. He thoroughly assessed our garage door issue. He provided a range of options. We chose to have one part replaced today. After we review the emailed summary of service options for updating our garage door motor and electronic components, we will be scheduling an additional appt for that installation. Kyle and Grant were polite, efficient, and answered all my questions. They did not try to pressure me, but made sure I had all the information with which to make a decision on what I wanted to do. We used Precision because of their Valpak coupon for $59.95 to lube and tune garage door. I was very pleased with Kirk, who is very knowledgeable and professional. His trainee, Grant, was also friendly. Kirk discussed the need for new springs and rollers, because the door, and springs, are 22 years old. I appreciated Kirk’s low key attitude with no pressure on us. We decided to hold off on replacements at this time. However, we will certainly consider Precision if the need arises. I would highly recommend Precision. Thank you for your excellent service.

I decided to call Precision due to your great TV ads. Then when I saw I had Kyle Muyskens as my technician (saw him on TV) that was exciting. Kyle was wonderful....very complete in his explanations...not pushy at all!!! He gave me an excellent explanation of the bid and I decided what plan I wanted. He and the guy training with him, immediately started the work. I felt bad that the work resulted in them having to stay past 6:00pm. They cleaned up well and helped me move a few things back in place. I would most certainly recommend Precision Garage and especially Kyle. You have a winner with that young man!! Better treat him well!!

Excellent service!! Kyle was my technician. Exactly on time. Very polite and well/spoken. Very clean and tidy with work area. Excellent manners. Superb customer service!! Thorough in inspection and timely estimate/quote with several options for repairs. New type of springs: torsion replacement. Worked efficiently and finished in allotted time frame he said it would take. Price was more than I was expecting, but since I don’t have the knowledge and know how of these types of repairs, it must be what it is now. Overall, a wonderful experience. I was pleased with Kyle Muyskens work. He took the time to explain everything to me before he started his work. Kyle showed me damaged pieces that would need repairs. Kyle went over my options for what repairs I could afford and explained the process. After Kyle completed his work, he showed me the repairs and opened and closed garage door. It was so quiet and smooth. He explained to me that I should lube the tracks once a year. I was very satisfied with the work before, during and after. Kyle sent me a copy of my repairs and pictures of his work. I was also very happy that Precision could come to my house the same day and get my door operational. He did an inspection on the door and parts and was very knowledgeable. Answered my questions and explained what the repairs would entail and cost prior to proceeding.
