We had an emergency where the garage door would not go up. We didn’t think we could get it fixed on Sunday and if we could it would be an enormous charge. WE WERE WRONG! One call to Precision Door at 11:00 with Gabby and the appointment was made for 4:00 - 6:00. Gabby was friendly and efficient. She verified our information and explained the process. We received a phone call a little before 4:00 with our technician, Grant, saying he would arrive within 30 minutes, which he did. Grant was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave us several options and the cost, which was more than reasonable. Grant was very friendly, courteous, well mannered and well spoken. Fast and great service! Precision’s greatest assets are their employees!!!! Grant and Gabby made an emergency into a positive experience. Thank you!!!!

I liked the Precision commercials that say its s company that can be trusted. The service was stellar. It was done sooner than expected and the final price was as expected due to the estimate. when I got home on a Friday evening I noticed one of my springs on my garage door was broken. I put in a request online for service. I was surprised to here from someone right away. They said they could get someone out to look at it tomorrow (Saturday). I thought WOW! Grant came out and determined it was a bigger door than what he had parts for on his truck. He made a call and Brandon was here yet that afternoon. He also did not have the parts to fix it that day and said he would have to order them. He put a clamp on the spring as a temporary repair so I could continue to use the door without incurring any damage. Brandon gave me a quote of what he recommended for a repair. Needless to say after 21 years of not having any service to the door there were quite a few things that needed replaced. The part was in the next Tuesday and Brandon was back out to get the door operating better than it ever has. Nothing but professionalism from the scheduling to the service techs. I could not be happier with this company. Thank you for great service.

It's rare to have such excellent service these days. I had a spring fail under warranty first thing in the morning. I contacted Precision and someone was dispatched almost immediately. My door was as good as new within an hour at no charge to me.

I was very pleased that when I called about my garage door not going down, it would stop half way down and go back up, that Kyle was able to come out within two hours to look at it. He assessed the situation and started with new springs and roller bearings. That didn't help, so he checked out the opener. The lubrication I was using was all over the electronic components. He tried wiping them down and it helped, but still stopped once going down. He suggested a new opener. I said go ahead, and with the new opener, the door opened smoother and quieter than before. I highly recommend Precision Door Service for their fast and excellent service!
