I’ve used Precision twice now for garage door repair. They are prompt and have great availability to respond to needed maintenance in just a few hours. I am so very pleased with the very prompt service I received! My garage door opener did not work and after several tries, I called Precision and within 45 minutes he arrived. However, just before he arrived i tried it again and it worked! My neighbor was here and had tried to find the problem and cleaned cobwebs off the door. The technician came and checked things out and all was ok! I apologized for calling him out here and he was very kind and assured me that I should call anytime if I have an issue with my door. What a relief to know my garage door is ok and to have someone come out to check it for me so quickly. A few weeks ago, my neighbor had trouble with his door and I told him to call Precision and he was very pleased with the service he received. Thank you so much for being a great company to rely on.

Late last night, we discovered that our garage door would not close using the garage door opener. I was very pleased to discover that there were early morning appointments available when I went on to the website to schedule my appointment. Shawn Assman did a nice job explaining to me what troubleshooting he had done prior to determining. I would need a new motor and garage door opener. Once he had completed the install, he made sure I didn’t have any questions prior to him leaving. Thank you Precision Door.

Late this afternoon, I headed out of my home to run some errands. I get into my car in my garage, and my garage door will not open, I get out of my car go to the button on the wall and press it nothing. Long story short, I called Precision. The gal who answered the phone was professional, compassionate and sweet. She told me she could have someone out within an hour and a half. Thrilled does not express my happiness. I was sent a bio and a photo of the tech who would be coming, Grant showed up professional, friendly, intelligent and clean - what a sweet gentleman. He located our problem, was able to repair it, and assisted with a couple of other things with the garage door that were going bad as well. What an awesome experience!!! Shawn came within 30 minutes after calling. Very courteous and fixed the problem with the door and noticed all my rollers were wearing out, he replaced them. Also one roller was missing all together. All fixes helped the door run smooth and saved more wear and tear on the motor of the opener.
