We have used Precision garage door 3 times now. Once for a new spring. Once because the door was binding. This time for a new opener. Each and every time we received same day service. Each of the technicians were kind, knowledgeable, and experienced. I highly recommend their services. You can’t beat service with a smile

Technician was friendly and took the time to explain what the issues were and how they could be remedied. He made sure I knew the operation of it and what to expect. Door opener runs much quieter than the previous one and is much easier to change the codes. A big plus was that I didn't have to wait to have the service performed. Installation was the same day as the consultation and the consultant was here within a couple of hours of calling them. Although it remains to be seen, I have confidence that I won't have any problems with the opener.

Our garage door decided to malfunction and completely break on a Sunday afternoon at 1:30. I called and within an hour Sam was there and had by door fixed before 3:30. So friendly and knowledgeable. Very thankful for Precision. Excellent customer service.

We chose Precision because their website specifically advertised that they repair garage door openers. I appreciated the ability to schedule an appointment online, and the technician arrived right at the appointed time. Once our opener was evaluated, the technician (Sam) explained the problem was with the internal electronics and why it would cost more to fix than replace. With no pressure, he explained the options. Once we decided that the best option was to replace the unit, he had everything installed in about an hour. He programmed the car remotes and the keypad for us and went through the warranty information. Sam was very patient with our questions and very professional and polite.

I am very please with Precision. The morning of my appointment I was texted the name, short bio and picture of the technician assigned to my house. Sam (technician) texted me to ask if he could come early as he was running ahead of schedule. He arrived exactly when he said he would; explained what he found and several options to fix the problem. He was polite and well-versed on garage doors and openers. Sam fixed the problem in no time flat and my garge door was working beautifully. Sam was great. I would recommend Precision (and Sam) to anyone!

Precision came out on Labor Day to access my needs. They had the parts we needed and came out two days later to do the work. The guys were efficient, worked quickly and paid attention to details. Best part- singing of “Delta Dawn” while working!

Service person saw the problem and knew what caused it and fixed it quickly and effectively and then heard that the door was a little noisy so used the spray lube I already had and took care of that also. I contacted several garage door companies and had them send representatives over. I chose Precision because of the professionalism and courtesy of their representative and their competitive price. The installer came on the date agreed to and on time. He explained what he was going to do and how. He asked if I had any questions and I say no. He went to work immediately and did not loiter around or waste any time. He even courteously declined the cup of coffee I offered him. He finished the job within the 4-hour time frame he had projected. The doors look great. I am glad I chose Precision.

I called Precision Door at 7:30 AM on 8/27 and the tech called me 20 minutes from arrival and was on site around 8:40 AM Completed repairs to my garage door in less than an hour. I was very impressed with the tech they sent, Kyle Muyskens he was very friendly and a true professional. I had Caiden and Ryan Smith here to repair garage door. I had them repair everything on it. Chain to belt drive, new rollers and other things also. They answered all my questions and was so knowledgeable about there job. They were so efficient and fast. My door always jumped when opened and slammed when closed. After they got done it was so quiet. I can’t say enough about these two techs. Kudos for a job well done. I recommend this company to anyone. Vicky T.

I have found, Precision Door Svc. to be professional and above board with everything they do when they have come to help. Quite possibly the best home contractor experience I have ever had. Far and away the most responsive, professional, reliable, affordable service I've ever received. Garage spring broke at 2:00, a tech was here by 3:00, and the system was repaired better than new by around 4:30. For a very reasonable price and a lifetime warranty. Money well spent, which isn't a thing I EVER say about home service technicians!
