We called Precision Door this morning around 6 am as we had a spring break on our 16’ door. Phone was answered by an agent who took my information and scheduled a time for mid morning today for a crew to come out to repair. Company sent out Kyle Muyskens and his assistant to repair the work and answer questions that I had. We also were having issues with a wall switch on the same door. Kyle took the time to look at the door, advise of recommendations and what the cost would be all in a very professional manner. After accepting the work bid they proceeded to make the required changes. Door is operating much quieter and smoother then before and he had the wall switch. Having all the parts in his truck to do and finish the job speaks a lot for this company. I could not have received any better customer service. Great guys that handled the work. And they cleaned up after themselves!!! Thanks guys for a job well done

Outstanding techician. Broken drum/spring cable meant that garage door seized close. This is a 30 year old door with significant rust at door track base. Sam offered two quotes on repair. He shared experiences with wear and conservatively compared present door condition against others. Made me (customer) feel confident with the decision to repair and extend service life of the original door. Technician was always polite, curteous, and quick/professional with the work. Demonstrated the work after completion and completed tasks ( bearing, drum, cable, rusted bracket, roller replacement ) within 1 hour of quote signing. I would highly recommend Precision to others.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the response was when our garage door stopped working first thing in the morning. Communication was great the entire time and I was even more surprised that our repairs were able to be completed the same day as the inspection was done. We had seen advertisements on TV and were unhappy with the last company we had do a repair for us. Kyle was our serviceman. He was very personable and easy to work with and understood what we needed. He installed a new door opener along with other necessary changes for us. He also paired up my wife's car to all 3 or our garages because she was only paired up with one.

Not only that, but he did a diagnostic of the doors other components and explained the condition of those as well and gave his thoughts on replacing currently or at a later date. We got up to go out with the car and the garage door would not work. We call Precision and within an hour or so they had someone come out and see what the problem was. It was determined that due to the age of the opener, it was best to replace most of the parts. We were given an invoice of what it would cost. The person had all the replacement parts with him, and within 2 hours he was done. The employee was very friendly and easy to work with. We were given treatment options and no pressure to buy what might not be needed. You can hardly hear our door go up and down now. I would recommend them.

My garage door broke in the late afternoon. I called at 4:30 and they said they would be able to be there between 6-8 PM. I got a call and Sean said he would be there in 10 minutes. Arrived at 4:45 PM. Replaced several things on the door and was done quickly, efficiently and looks great! There was no emergency fee for coming in the evening. Another company was going to charge $385 for coming the next day! Thank you for your quick response!

From the first contact to completion of scheduled work everything was a GREAT PLEASURE. No pressure on sales I nearly fell off my chair--so reasonable. Work date...those workers did not waste a minute-knew what they were doing. Upon completion they explained operation and warranty. I AM DELIGHTED AND I KNOW I HAD THE BEST OF THE BEST
