I had an issue with the garage door at a property I own in Iowa. Precision Garage door was able to get me scheduled promptly and resolved the issues in one visit! A special shout out to the technician, Eden, for professionally handling the repair and letting me know what issues needed addressed. Eden also provided solutions that, while I wasn't excited about fixing, were going to cause problems if left unaddressed. Thanks again Eden and Precision Garage Doors!

My Dad met Jordan who came to replace my broken spring. The person answering the phone was very friendly and was able to get me scheduled right away. Jordan provided me three options to fix my door. Jordan was fantastic! After having a really bad day, and then coming home to a broken garage door Jordan came to my house right away and was calm and very helpful! He presented me with 3 options and the benefits and the negatives of all of them as well as financing options. Overall I still had to buy a new garbage door, but the experience wasn’t as bad as I expected.

Responded to my call the same day. Service tech Kyle explained everything to me about repairs needed and new opener options. He was very patient and careful to explain all the pros and cons to help me make my decisions. He did excellent work and made sure I understood what he had done and how to operate my new opener. More than satisfied and would certainly recommend him and the company for your garage door needs.

As luck would have it, my wife and I needed to leave for her to have surgery 6 days ago. A spring on our garage door was broken and I had to hoist the garage door up. Professional and quick response time. Kept us updated on appointment time and actually moved us up several hours. Technician was knowledgable, pleasant and curtious. This was not a major repair as all that was needed was the bottom weather strip replaced, he walked us through the entire process and performed an overall inspection. I would highly recommend Precision anytime.
