In the process of giving me a quote, he adjusted the opener and it is working again. I may not buy a new one until this dies, but I will be sure to buy it from Precision. We had an issue with a suspended shelf overhead in the garage, that had been installed incorrectly- and one corner failed . The previous installer had not done the work of putting screws into wood framing, but instead simply screwed into drywall. Your staff personal rebuilt the shelf , doing the work that should have been done correctly the first time. We not only are pleased with Precision Garage Door, but we are having them install a new garage door, opener, and better seals. We are VERY happy with working with Precision Garage Door!
