Great service hours and ability to book on line. The tech (Worth) quickly observed my situation (garage door would not open). He ask some background questions about the existing equipment, including the age of the equipment, and we determined the best solution and he got to work. Technician showed up for appointment on time, was courteous and explained conditions of the garage door and what was needed. Also took the time to go over what was done after the work was complete. My issues with Precision was that (1) they were not able to send someone out in an emergency when I couldn't open my garage door so that I could get to an appointment and (2) When asked, the technician stated that the warranty was transferrable and all that was needed was for the new owner to call in. This was important as I am thinking of downsizing and moving. The invoice I received after the repairs were done, stated the warranty was not transferrable. The door appears to be operating smoothly upon the technician's departure.

I made appt. on website for late afternoon because they had no morning openings showing, They called me within the hour and said they had a man in my town who could do it late morning if that was better for me. I said yes. He was here on time. Listened to me, looked over door opener, sensors and door. Told me door and tracks were excellent. Showed me what was needed and price choices. No high pitch trying to sale me not needed items. I told him what to go with. One and a half hours later it was done, I paid and have a perfectly working door.
