We chose Precision after talking with friends and neighbors as well as receiving an advertisement in the mail. Precision - and specifically the technician Kyle - were wonderful to work with. Kyle was on time, courteous, explained options for repair, and did not pressure us to make a decision. His work was quick, the quoted amount was what we expected, and he provided excellent follow-up for us regarding maintaining our garage door for years to come. Cannot say enough good things about Kyle or Precision. We would highly recommend!

Horrible experience was told it would be a free diagnostic and he tried charging me 200 for a repair I didn't ask him to complete. Then he had the nerve to be rude and argue with me. Worst experience don't use this company they will scam you. His literal words were I have to make my money somehow.

We awoke this morning to learn out garage door would not open. I called a rival garage door repair shop but couldn't be assured they would arrive today, perhaps not tomorrow. I googled door repairs and Precision came out at the top. At about 7:30 am I called Precision Garage, described the problem briefly, and was immediately given an appointment for service between 8-10 am. The receptionist was very courteous and identified our most pressing problem. At about 8:30 Brandon arrived, examined our immediate problem and acted upon our request to evaluate our old garage door opener as well. Very satisfied with his recommendations, Brandon repaired the broken spring, numerous other items and replaced our garage door opener, all in less than 2 hours. He was professional,l engaging and quick to solve the problems.

Wife backed into garage door before fully open. Track had minor bend and roller was out of place. The technician assessed damage and had it corrected in 5 minutes. The technician spent a few more minutes explaining how everything else looks good and gave me peace of mind. Very satisfied with the visit.

Very pleased with the fast response and excellent repair to stabilize the door and replace hardware on my garage door. Our garage door broke on a Sunday night. We got the referral from friends who just used them. Booking online was easy and they came the following day to repair our door. It was fast, easy and Shawn even showed up early! We were worried we’d have to get a new door but they were able to repair the springs, rollers and even replaced our garage door opener. We had a great experience and would use them again!

My wife and I were heading out for a late dinner Saturday night and the spring snapped on our door. I called Precision around 8:30pm on SATURDAY night and someone answered! I was shocked and able to get an appointment the very next morning on Sunday at 8am! Our tech, Grant, was there at 8am and couldn't have been nicer and easier to work with. He got the door fixed in no time and made me a very happy camper! Kudos to Grant and Precision! Appreciate the help and service. Outstanding!
