I called precision to simply replace a new gasket on the bottom of my garage door. Employee arrived and had never seen a door/gasket type like on my garage door. He stated I needed a new door. I proceeded to pull up the p-bulb gasket needed on my phone. He took a photo of it and called his manager. He stated he did not have that type of gasket and cannot help me today. As he was leaving I asked if he was coming back or what the next steps were. He said he would ask his manager. It’s been over four weeks and not a word. But of coarse I got charged for nothing done.

He diagnosed the problem right away. He thoroughly explained everything that needed to be fixed and what all of our options were. Worth worked diligently to make sure we were satisfied once he had fixed the problems. Now our garage door probably works the best it ever has since we bought the house. Very great service. Had a spring break on my garage door on a Sunday. I called at 2p.m and they said they could get someone there between 4and 6. The technician showed up at 3:45. He explained everything.pointing out some very worn parts. He replaced the spring, the rollers. He also did a thorough inspection. I would highly recommend precision for your garage work.

We had a broken spring on our door, so I called Precision. They were able to send a technician out the same day, who was within the time they'd given us. Our tech, Worth, provided a full inspection and ran through the options for repair. There was no pressure to select one option over the other. Once we picked the repairs to complete, he had everything needed to get it done on the spot. The door works perfectly now.
