Kyle, the service tech, was friendly, with great communication as to arrival time. Service request was promptly fulfilled by the company within an hour of calling for service. Kyle was efficient, knowledgeable and got the current problem resolved. Also, pointed out potential problems that should be addressed soon based on use. This is the second time I have used Precision and would definitely recommend.

I had an amazing experience with Precision Garage Door Service. I called with my problem, and within one hour a technician was out to assess the issue. Issue was quickly assessed, and remedy options were clearly laid out. I chose one of the options and the technician was able to make an install at that time. Not only was he professional, and efficient -- he went beyond what was asked by cleaning my garage doors -- inside and out!! I live on a gravel road, so you can imagine my surprise and delight to have clean doors. I will MOST DEFINITELY use Precision Garage Door Service for all of my garage door needs!!

I was having problems with my 45+ year door opener and I called to get an estimate at 4.55pm. By 5.15 Jordan was in my driveway looking at the issue. In the process of giving me a quote, he adjusted the opener and it is working again. I may not buy a new one until this dies, but I will be sure to buy it from Precision. Second time using them and great customer service.

We had an issue with a suspended shelf overhead in the garage, that had been installed incorrectly- and one corner failed . The previous installer had not done the work of putting screws into wood framing, but instead simply screwed into drywall. Your staff personal rebuilt the shelf , doing the work that should have been done correctly the first time. We not only are pleased with Precision Garage Door, but we are having them install a new garage door, opener, and better seals. We are VERY happy with working with Precision Garage Door!

I called two hours ago.....technician called and arrived within an hour. At my request (after his diagnosis, ) he gave me itemized estimates on three specific repairs we were looking at, as well as the total for all three, complete. This helped me budget how I was going to pay for the job(s.) I really appreciate that. I wasn't planning on doing anything, today, but, decided to go ahead and have one of the three repairs done, since I was happy with the price, the speed of the service, and the technician, himself.
