We had an emergency where the garage door would not go up. We didn’t think we could get it fixed on Sunday and if we could it would be an enormous charge. WE WERE WRONG! One call to Precision Door at 11:00 with Gabby and the appointment was made for 4:00 - 6:00. Gabby was friendly and efficient. She verified our information and explained the process. We received a phone call a little before 4:00 with our technician, Grant, saying he would arrive within 30 minutes, which he did. Grant was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave us several options and the cost, which was more than reasonable. Grant was very friendly, courteous, well mannered and well spoken. Fast and great service! Precision’s greatest assets are their employees!!!! Grant and Gabby made an emergency into a positive experience. Thank you!!!!
