when I got home on a Friday evening I noticed one of my springs on my garage door was broken. I put in a request online for service. I was surprised to here from someone right away. They said they could get someone out to look at it tomorrow (Saturday). I thought WOW! Grant came out and determined it was a bigger door than what he had parts for on his truck. He made a call and Brandon was here yet that afternoon. He also did not have the parts to fix it that day and said he would have to order them. He put a clamp on the spring as a temporary repair so I could continue to use the door without incurring any damage. Brandon gave me a quote of what he recommended for a repair. Needless to say after 21 years of not having any service to the door there were quite a few things that needed replaced. The part was in the next Tuesday and Brandon was back out to get the door operating better than it ever has. Nothing but professionalism from the scheduling to the service techs. I could not be happier with this company. Thank you for great service.

I would highly recommend this company! I called on Friday and had a technician come out the following Tuesday. Worth, my technician was wonderful and on time. He took a good look at my garage door and then explained everything that needed replacing. This company had great reviews which is why I called them. They are worth more than 5 stars!!!

It's rare to have such excellent service these days. I had a spring fail under warranty first thing in the morning. I contacted Precision and someone was dispatched almost immediately. My door was as good as new within an hour at no charge to me.

I was very pleased that when I called about my garage door not going down, it would stop half way down and go back up, that Kyle was able to come out within two hours to look at it. He assessed the situation and started with new springs and roller bearings. That didn't help, so he checked out the opener. The lubrication I was using was all over the electronic components. He tried wiping them down and it helped, but still stopped once going down. He suggested a new opener. I said go ahead, and with the new opener, the door opened smoother and quieter than before. I highly recommend Precision Door Service for their fast and excellent service!

Garage door spring broke Wednesday afternoon. Called Precision Garage Door at 4:30 on Wednesday and Shawn showed up at 8:30 Thursday morning. Shawn was great and suggested some other tune ups and was done in 2 hours. I would highly recommend them for any garage door repairs Shawn was great.

I manage an Independant Living Senior Facility in Ankeny. I first chose Precision because they are located in town. This year I have had to call them approx. 4 times and each time they arrive same day, with a courtesy call to say they are on the way including a text with Technician's info and picture. 2 times it was the GFCI outlet had tripped inside garage but with the door shut, I didn't feel comfortable prying it open for fear of damaging door or mechanicals. Sam and Worth are quick, professional, and very courteous. They explained what the issue was and how I could potentially troubleshoot. I will Always call Precision for my commercial and residential needs, they are simply an amazing company in a time where many vendors simply do not go the extra mile to offer top tier customer service.

I had only seen the commercial for Precision Door and thought I would give them a shot after the overhaed door spring broke on a Sunday. Grant called ahead, was cordial, well organized and knowledgable. he finished the work in under an hour. Price was in scope, service was fantastic. Great job Grant! Great job Precision Door!

Scheduling,quick and easy. Arrival within estimated parameters. Technician, professional and nice. Yet, tried up selling too much. Added some items onto the bill that he didn't tell me about, and I did not approve to pay for them. He graciously removed the items from my bill, because he said he didn't ask for an approval. I appreciate that. At the same time after researching what needed to be done, I was expecting it to cost at around $125 to $200 based on other businesses. The sticker shop was upward of $440 for a 1 hour job.
