From start to finish this experience with Precision was incredible. The appointment took less than minute to schedule and I was able to get the service the very next day. Technician was fantastic and walked me through everything before he fixed the door.

I’ve never used your company before but I certainly will again. Prompt service and fair pricing. Ryan was very cordial and professional. He went above and beyond and explained the full process and details. Even assisted in programming an opener he didn’t work on. Can’t recommend with any more enthusiasm!

M precision garage door technician arrived on time/ actually ahead of schedule. He was professional in listening to my garage door issues, assessing my door and presenting me with the options to fix my garage door. He did an excellent job of replacing the worn door parts. He sent me a thorough service invoice to my email. He also provided me with company contact information in case I have any need for future repair work. Thanks for your great service. Steven A Johnson

Representative from Precision came out, he was very nice. He took several pictures & quoted me $1300.00 to fix my garage door. Told him I couldn't afford that... And he left. Before he left, I asked if Precision was associated with AHS (American Home Shield) He said no. I called AHS, and they sent me a representative from a competitor. After his assessment, he told me my Garage door wasn't broke at all, and that "something" just came loose. The gentleman did the quick fix with the materials that were still attached to the door, greased & lubricated everything and left. (no charge)

We had Precision Door come out to evaluate our 2 garage doors. They did replace all rollers, cables and one door overhead spring system. Great job totally happy. After a few weeks one door would drop down a little, right at my head height. They came out and did a 10 minute adjustment no charge no problem. Appreciate the professional treatment thru it all. Highly recommend Precision.

What a pleasure to meet Bill Cagno!! I have not had any work done yet, but am having maintenance scheduled for the near future. The fact that you sent a text out before Bill's arrival with his picture was a real professional and class act. Bill's honesty about what was really needed was greatly appreciated. Your ad on TV is what made us call your company. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone who needs work done.

The service was great. Matthew called to let me know he was arriving early. His timeliness in supplying what was needed was very impressive. He took the time to explain the issue i was having everything worked out. Now, I can open the garage without being directly in front of it. Thank you for your service....

We are very happy with the outcome of replacing our garage door. Color matched perfectly. It sets the house off and makes it look "crisper". The young man that did the install got there, started right off, and worked constantly. No messing around of any kind. He picked up after himself and wished us a good day after reminding us that if anything isn't right to call them. I would recommend Precision to anyone .

Worth was my Technician to fix the spring and roller. He was polite, thorough, and timely. He was able to come out the same day within a few hours of my call! Zach then came out a few hours later due to my request for an estimate on a new door. He was also polite, thorough and timely. Both young men were patient with all my questions, and were not patronizing. Something, as a woman, I greatly appreciate! I have not purchased the new door yet, but so far so good!

Kyle and Grant were polite, efficient, and answered all my questions. They did not try to pressure me, but made sure I had all the information with which to make a decision on what I wanted to do. My new garage door opener is quiet, and I'm loving FINALLY having a system that I can link with my car! I will be calling this company again when I'm ready to replace the rollers and spring!

Sam Mathis was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was respectful and courteous. He pointed out the bearings, rollers, and cables that have the wear and tear on them. The broken torsion spring was replaced in good time. The 5-year warranty on parts is a plus. We received a coupon in the mail for $20 off labor. Quick response played into our selection of Precision.

We used Precision because of their Valpak coupon for $59.95 to lube and tune garage door. I was very pleased with Kirk, who is very knowledgeable and professional. His trainee, Grant, was also friendly. Kirk discussed the need for new springs and rollers, because the door, and springs, are 22 years old. I appreciated Kirk’s low key attitude with no pressure on us. We decided to hold off on replacements at this time. However, we will certainly consider Precision if the need arises. I would highly recommend Precision. Thank you for your excellent service.

Jordan came and he was THE best! He worked very fast and he was able to fix what we thought was a really complex problem, with a couple simple fixes! He described everything he needed to do for us and made it really easy for us to understand what was going on. He came the day of and also got everything fix in under an hour and a half. Great work!

Precision was very helpful. First time we have had a problem. Had seen the advertising on Precision that said they have anything they will need to fix your problem on their truck. Called and asked for service on a Sunday. They said they could have someone here in about 2 to 3 hours. Jordan was here when we were told he would be. He figured out what our problem was and gave us 3 different solutions to our problem. We chose the one we wanted and he had it fixed in less than an hour. Very impressed with their service.

The worker that was sent out to our house, Jordan, was phenomenal to work with. We had a lot of questions we wanted to ask with our current garage door situation, and he was patient and very helpful to direct us in what we needed. I would highly recommend this business to anybody if the people they send out are anything like Jordan. Thanks again!
