Bryce came after 6:00pm and fixed everything. He stayed until I was satisfied. He was very friendly and was one of the nicest repairman we have ever had in our home. I was very confident in the work being done because he took me through the entire project. By the way no extra charge for working after 6:00pm..... If you want a great fair job done this is the place to call......

Wow! We called the office at 2:20pm. We were told we we receive a call between 4pm and 6pm. Bryce called at 4:30 and arrive 5 minutes later. We were expecting a review of scope of work followed by a price quote. We were not expecting all parts to be on the service van. We were not expecting to hear” I can start now and can be done between 1 and 2 hours. Door spring replaced. New rollers, door opener and door seal. Top door panel reinforced. And was completed by 5:40. The door works amazingly well. This is what service looks like. Great job! Bryce was very clear on the warranty of all the different parts.

He was very informative and helpful in explaining what was absolutely necessary, but also what may be best to repair now since there was quite a bit of wear on some parts. We chose Precision Door because of their BBB rating, 24 hr hotline and their next day service. We would choose them again and highly recommend the high quality and respectful service.

Local, quick response. The technician listened to my problem, did his diagnostic and then laid out all the options with pricing, etc. I didn't feel pressured into doing anything that wasn't necessary and all the work was done in about an hour.

I was hoping to get a couple of estimates. I was never told by the operator that there would be a trip charge if the person just gave me an estimate. The estimate he showed me was on a yellow legal pad. I just feel this was unprofessional and seemed a little like a hit and run job. Otherwise, he completed the repairs and fixed our door issue.

Recommended to me by a friend. I called their 24-7 service line at ~ 6 am. Technician arrived by 8:30 and was professional, knowledgeable and did excellent work. After looking things over, he explained in plain English the issues with my garage door and options to address them. I chose the things I wanted done and he got it completed thoroughly and in very good time. Very impressive.
