Blake showed about about an hour after I called, our garage door had the sables pop odd, the springs were split. He redid the whole assembly on an hour.. with a new touch pad keyless entry on the outside!

I'm very pleased with the speed and professionalism in getting my garage door opener replaced. The service tech was friendly and explained everything to me in such a way, I was able to understand exactly what was going on. Several options were presented and fully explained but there was no pressure to choose one option over another. I Called this afternoon for a technition to look at my garage door. It won’t go up or down. It’s been like this off and on for about 5 years. The receptionist asked when I would like it done. Would today between 4 and 6 be ok? I sure didn’t expect so soon. Eric was here, replaced my garage door opener, chain, bar with chain and the electronic eye all in about 45 minutes.
