The whole experience was easy, efficient, and professional. When we emailed with a concern they were ready to get to our house within the day. When the technician came out he was friendly and professional and explained the issue with a solution within 10 minutes and now our door is working great! A service man came out the same day I called to have the rubber on my garage doors replaced. He was polite and helpful and explained everything. He checked out my doors too and suggested other things I could do to improve my doors but didn't push them. He quickly replaced the rubbers on my door.

First of all, Kyle is just a fine young gentleman. He called before arriving and was there at the agreed time. We had just called for service the day before, and my husband unexpectedly had to be gone at the time of the appointment. Kyle explained the problem, detailed the solutions, and promptly made the needed repairs. The repair cost was as expected, and the job was completed in about an hour!!
