Precision's onsite visit to my place was just great! The serviceman called ahead of the visit; and arrived on time. He was a great listener as I told him of my problem with the garage opener. Ryan Swift responded to our call for a broken spring and inspected our whole system and provided us with a few options for us to consider. He reviewed each option with us in detail and let us know what we could expect from each option. He left decision up to us to what level of service we were comfortable with. When Ryan completed the work he went through all the repairs and improvements and made sure we were satisfied with his work. If possible I would give Ryan a rating of ten on your scale of one to five. I’m sure you have heard it before, but Ryan is a very knowledgeable technician of great character and integrity. I would recommend your organization to anyone with the highest of accolades possible. Your staff was pleasant, helpful and very accommodating.

I have another companies door that needed repaired. Within minutes of an online request Bryce called me around 7:00pm, he said they did not repair my type of spring system, but could do a conversion kit. I finally decided to do the conversion after a couple days. I let Bryce know and he was out the next day to get it done. He was very professional and did a great job. The door works great and is quieter than it use to be! I highly recommend Bryce and precision garage door.

Kyle and Jason were unable to fix my problem with my Genie 900 opener. I admit my garage is a mess but they had ample room to get to opener and wall switch. I was asked "so exactly what is it you would like me to do?" To which I replied, "well, by that question, I can tell this isn't going to go well" (obviously I wanted them to fix it, it was an electrical problem.). I sensed from the get go they really weren't keen on trying to fix it nor putting in a new one. But then having to pay $53.44 and then sign multiple signatures didn't leave me with a good experience.
