Jordan was fantastic! After having a really bad day, and then coming home to a broken garage door Jordan came to my house right away and was calm and very helpful! He presented me with 3 options and the benefits and the negatives of all of them as well as financing options. Overall I still had to buy a new garbage door, but the experience wasn’t as bad as I expected.

He was very patient and careful to explain all the pros and cons to help me make my decisions. He did excellent work and made sure I understood what he had done and how to operate my new opener.
