A service man came out the same day I called to have the rubber on my garage doors replaced. He was polite and helpful and explained everything. He checked out my doors too and suggested other things I could do to improve my doors but didn't push them. He quickly replaced the rubbers on my door.

First of all, Kyle is just a fine young gentleman. He called before arriving and was there at the agreed time. We had just called for service the day before, and my husband unexpectedly had to be gone at the time of the appointment. I made a phone call to Precision and they were at my house within 35 mins. Very nice repair man, Brandon, gave us all the info for a new opener. The problem is temporarily fixed but due to the age it will probably needed replaced. Service was prompt and efficient!

We received a call back from Kyle within 15 minutes and arrived 1/2 hour from placing our order, on a Sunday! Kyle was polite and clearly explained the causes for our malfunctioning garage door opener. Kyle provided several options for repair and/or replacement of worn items. We decided to repair the garage door hardware and replace the opener. Kyle had everything fixed and cleaned up in about 2 hours! We're very happy with Precision and Kyle. We highly recommend Precision for garage door repair.
