On 4-15-23 I had Precision Door come and work on my garage door. I knew it was in bad shape. The nice gentleman came and wound up (almost) giving me a new door. All new hardware plus a new opener. Yesterday, (5-21-23) the door refused to open all the way. Finally got it open and had the same problem when I got back home. Today I called Precision and about 2 hours later, I had another very nice gentleman come to work on the door. After pushing all the buttons I didn't know were there and tightening something, it still did not work correctly. So, Thanks to Precision and Genie, I now have another new opener and it works beautifully. Still under warranty and they were quick to fix the problem. Thank you

Given estimate of work prior to beginning with many options for needed repairs. While pricing was not comparable to other companies due to need for immediate service, we think that we received valuable service for an affordable price. We are very thankful and happy with the service from Precision.
