I had an issue with the garage door at a property I own in Iowa. Precision Garage door was able to get me scheduled promptly and resolved the issues in one visit! A special shout out to the technician, Eden, for professionally handling the repair and letting me know what issues needed addressed. Eden also provided solutions that, while I wasn't excited about fixing, were going to cause problems if left unaddressed. Thanks again Eden and Precision Garage Doors!

My Dad met Jordan who came to replace my broken spring. The person answering the phone was very friendly and was able to get me scheduled right away. Jordan provided me three options to fix my door. So quiet compared to before and so happy I could park in my garage when I arrived home. Thank you so much.

Jordan was fantastic! After having a really bad day, and then coming home to a broken garage door Jordan came to my house right away and was calm and very helpful! He presented me with 3 options and the benefits and the negatives of all of them as well as financing options. Overall I still had to buy a new garbage door, but the experience wasn’t as bad as I expected.

Sam was the technician that came to fix the problem with my garage door opener not connecting with the sensor, and door not opening or closing. After inspecting the issue, which the opener was installed at the time we built the garage in 2002, he gave me 4 different options to choose from. I was very pleased with Sam and his professionalism, and service. I am very pleased with your company and employees. Thank you Sharon Weeks

As luck would have it, my wife and I needed to leave for her to have surgery 6 days ago. A spring on our garage door was broken and I had to hoist the garage door up. Upon return, my neighbor told me to call you. By 4:00 I had Sam here, making repairs. You helped us out of a big problem. We're having more done when we can schedule the work. Many Thanks!
