Precision Door stuck in my mind from previously seeing a commercial on TV. I was kind of in a panic as my car was in the garage and the door was down. I called in and a very pleasant, friendly gal answered the phone. In a very quick conversation she assured me that she could get a repairman out yet that afternoon, probably in 4 to 6 hours. She told me he would call about 30 minutes before coming. Well, it wasn't 4 hours, it was 2 hours and relief was on it's way in the person of Bryce, a very professional and knowledgeable service tech.

Kyle did an excellent job! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He walked through everything he was seeing before making repairs and gave me options for repairing my door. He walked through all of the repairs he completed prior to collecting payment. He also alerted me of another worn part that I was unaware of. I chose not to make that repair today but they’ll be the first ones I’ll call when I need my next repair or replacement door.
