First of all, Kyle is just a fine young gentleman. He called before arriving and was there at the agreed time. We had just called for service the day before, and my husband unexpectedly had to be gone at the time of the appointment. Kyle explained the problem, detailed the solutions, and promptly made the needed repairs. The repair cost was as expected, and the job was completed in about an hour!!
