The second tech who arrived did an outstanding job. The first, less experienced tech said the house trim around the outside of the garage door needed to be moved, because it was hitting the garage door. When I asked for a second, more experienced tech, that tech adjusted the brackets on each side of the garage door on the interior side of the door to quickly resolve the problem. Both individuals were courteous and cooperative.

Sam Mathis was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was respectful and courteous. He pointed out the bearings, rollers, and cables that have the wear and tear on them. The broken torsion spring was replaced in good time. The 5-year warranty on parts is a plus. We received a coupon in the mail for $20 off labor. Quick response played into our selection of Precision.

both technicians courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, same day service(small repair, not complete installation), will have them replace doors when it is time to do that.

Very quick response. A varmint had chewed the bottom seal on the garage door. I called Precision and they were out in less than an hour to replace it. Truly appreciate their speedy and efficient assistance. (pricing on the seal seemed a bit high.)

My cousin Ed Best recommended you. I have never had an opener on my garage door. I bought a new door and opener. The service was good and the new door looks great. I am 78 yrs. old and just got tired of getting in and out of my car to raise and lower the door. My life will be easier this winter.
