Precision just replaced the springs on our door today after we had one break. Brandon Cosner reviewed our existing door and recommended the service we needed based on the age of the hardware. An appointment for that afternoon was scheduled. Brandon, the technician, called to give me his ETA, was very polite and helpful, and the job was done in a timely manner. Excellent service! Within 4/12 hours from calling to check about getting service on a Saturday the service man arrived. We live about 40 out from the DM area and really appreciate being able to get the door repaired in this very cold weather. There was no extra charges for service call and Saturday repair. Also wanted to mention the repairman deserves a 5 star rating too!
