I was very pleased that when I called about my garage door not going down, it would stop half way down and go back up, that Kyle was able to come out within two hours to look at it. He assessed the situation and started with new springs and roller bearings. That didn't help, so he checked out the opener. The lubrication I was using was all over the electronic components. He tried wiping them down and it helped, but still stopped once going down. He suggested a new opener. I said go ahead, and with the new opener, the door opened smoother and quieter than before. I highly recommend Precision Door Service for their fast and excellent service!

Horrible experience was told it would be a free diagnostic and he tried charging me 200 for a repair I didn't ask him to complete. Then he had the nerve to be rude and argue with me. Worst experience don't use this company they will scam you. His literal words were I have to make my money somehow.

We had an issue with a suspended shelf overhead in the garage, that had been installed incorrectly- and one corner failed . The previous installer had not done the work of putting screws into wood framing, but instead simply screwed into drywall. Your staff personal rebuilt the shelf , doing the work that should have been done correctly the first time. We not only are pleased with Precision Garage Door, but we are having them install a new garage door, opener, and better seals. We are VERY happy with working with Precision Garage Door!

Very knowledgeable repair guy Kyle and did a good job I believe. Took off a couple stars because I thought the cost was a bit high for 35 minutes of work and a minimal plastic internal part. Almost just paid the minimal trip charge and hand open when we use the door which is very minimal but went ahead and did it. Liked the quick service call arrival same day.
