Spring on our garage door broke. Called Precision at 5 pm on a Sunday, technician came out at 8:30 am Monday morning and had repair done by 10:30 am. Our garage door spring broke on Tuesday evening. In the morning my wife and I had to manually raise the door to get the car out and get the kids to school. Around 8AM I called and was told to expect a technician between 10am and noon. By noon Kyle Muyskens had arrived! He quickly determined the appropriate fix and we discussed the options. I asked him several times if he would need to go get parts (we live far out in the country), since this would have added significant time to the repair. I was glad to hear that he had all of the materials with him to fix the spring, shaft, cables, and rollers! Within and hour or two the door was up and running like new!
