Outstanding service. I discovered my garage door had a broken spring at 7:15. By 10:30 it was fixed. The tech, Sam, was first rate. He evaluated the door and opener system, pointed out that a number of parts were past their service life and deteriorating, and presented me with options. I ended up going with a complete rebuild. Not cheap, but Precision stands by their work- I got a 10 year warranty. I'm sure my garage door and opener will need repair in the future and when it does I'll be requesting Sam.

Today was rather cold and our garage door kept stopping halfway and raising after each time I lowered it. I called and Sam showed up on time and carefully listened to me and what I had tried to do to figure out what may be going on. Then, he proceeded to check the door and the opener and fixed the issue which seemed to be due to increased friction between the door bottom rubber and the side plastic cover on the wall. He meticulously explained what he did. He also went over some other details about the state of the door (i.e., rollers) which is several years old. Three years ago when the spring on my garage door broke, my son-in-law recommended Precision Garage Door. So I called them and they were at my house in a very short time and fixed my door. So this morning when my garage door wouldn't stay down I called them and someone was here within an hour. I was very impressed. The young man who came looked over the problem and made some adjustments to the door and it was fixed. When I asked how much the charge was, he replied that there was none. That the springs were causing the problem and since I had them replaced three years ago it was included in cost of the springs!!! I would recommend this company to anyone!!! They are fast, courteous, professional and they stand behind their work!!!!!

I chose Precision because they came out last year when our spring broke. We called on a Sunday night I believe and they came out the next morning and repaired and installed a new opener. Reasonable price and excellent service! I called them out yesterday and they were here this morning. Nothing really wrong , but technician checked it out and told me everything was fine.
