Sam was very curtious and was not pushy which means alot to me. After he inspected everything he told me what parts needed to definitely be replaced and told me other parts that could be fixed but wouldn't have to be. He was able to fix and replace everything right on the spot. When he was done he took all of the old pieces and everything was cleaned up when he left.

Garage door would not open. Called this morning at 10:30 and although I said it was not an emergency, they arrived at noon. Did major repairs with full explaination and were done by 1:30. I have a 10 year warranty on repairs and am very satisfied!

Great service today, very fast at taking care of our garage door problems. Sam was the technician, he did a great job of explaining what needed to be done, replaced a broken spring. He went over all of the parts of the door and told me their condition and if it was something that needed to be replace now or was something down the road. I decided to have him replaced everything that he saw had some wear on it. They were fast and he showed me everything that he did and why he felt it was something to think about doing now or in the future. Thank you Precision and thank you Sam for a job well done. They installed our current system. I had a small problem late in the day, so called their 24/7 number. They showed up the next morning in a timely matter and took care of the problem. The technician showed me a couple of things to prevent the problem from happening again. All in all, a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them.

We are repeat customers as we moved away from the first garage door that Precision serviced for us. It was very convenient to look up the web site on Sunday night when our spring broke, and schedule a service call for the next morning. The technician was here promptly and gave a thorough assessment of the good and bad with our door. It was nice to have options for "level" of service we could choose from. I used Precision a few years back to repair an old garage door opener which bought me time before replacing it. This time it broke for good so I called Precision Door again and they had a technician to my house within 2 hours! He went over everything with me to make sure what I wanted and the costs involved with each option. He then replaced my opener within half an hour or so! He then went over all instructions and demonstrated the door opener working. It is so smooth and quiet! My wife and I are extremely thankful to Precision Doors and specifically, Sam our technician!

The Technician arrived AHEAD of schedule, & carefully checked out the bearings, rollers, cables & drums (the spring was broken). I was given a quote, and the technician raised the door manually so I could leave for an appointment & he immediately started work. Seen commercial on tv many tv many times, finally had my phone in my hand so I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate to replace my bad garage door opener, with no wait time my appointment was scheduled, I called late Tuesday afternoon and they were there Thursday by noon, gave me a great estimate for exactly the opener I was looking for and installed it the same day, when their commercials say their trucks are fully stocked, they are. I was very impressed with Sam (estimator and installer) and his assistant, the really knew what they were doing and were done cleaned up in no time. These two gentlemen showed professional courtesy in representing Precision Door Service and I highly recommend them, I believe they will do a great service for any door repair you may need done, Thank you!!!

We came home on a Sunday afternoon to a garage door that wouldn’t open. I called precision at 330. A tech was at our home by 4 and everything was replaced and fixed by 6 pm.
