Seen commercial on tv many tv many times, finally had my phone in my hand so I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate to replace my bad garage door opener, with no wait time my appointment was scheduled, I called late Tuesday afternoon and they were there Thursday by noon, gave me a great estimate for exactly the opener I was looking for and installed it the same day, when their commercials say their trucks are fully stocked, they are. I was very impressed with Sam (estimator and installer) and his assistant, the really knew what they were doing and were done cleaned up in no time. These two gentlemen showed professional courtesy in representing Precision Door Service and I highly recommend them, I believe they will do a great service for any door repair you may need done, Thank you!!!

We came home on a Sunday afternoon to a garage door that wouldn’t open. I called precision at 330. A tech was at our home by 4 and everything was replaced and fixed by 6 pm. I needed a new garage door opener and chose Precision due to their reputation. I was able to get the installation scheduled within one week. Your technician - Sam - recommended I get the spring replaced as it was 20 years old. Sam installed the door, spring and wireless keypad and all works smoothly and quietly. Booked online and Sam called within a few minutes. He was able to come right away and had my garage door reset and working quickly. He was very knowledgeable and went above expectations by offering to lube the hinges and showed me how to use various features on my existing garage door. We have seen their service trucks all around the metro & learned from the advertisements that the trucks are fully stocked. No extra nighttime or weekend charges either! Precision Door was great! They responded to my online request, setting up an appointment for the next morning. I appriciated the phone call to let me know when Sam would be arriving, as well as the picture and brief bio to let me know who would be coming. Sam was very professional and kind, giving excellent explanations about what was wrong and the needed repairs. He also gave explanations about how the garage doors should function. We had an 10+ yr opener where the sensor eyes were picking up false indications, preventing the door from going down. I logged onto the Precision website 11pm Sunday evening and was able to make a service appt for Monday morning. Technician Sam called ~ 20 minutes ahead of his arrival on Monday morning to give us a heads up he was on his way. On site, he was very cordial, explained the situation, and some solutions--- all while not trying to upsell any product. New opener and rollers installed in ~ 1 1/2 hrs and everything is back to working as intended. Highly recommend!
