Outstanding techician. Broken drum/spring cable meant that garage door seized close. This is a 30 year old door with significant rust at door track base. Sam offered two quotes on repair. He shared experiences with wear and conservatively compared present door condition against others. Made me (customer) feel confident with the decision to repair and extend service life of the original door. Technician was always polite, curteous, and quick/professional with the work. Demonstrated the work after completion and completed tasks ( bearing, drum, cable, rusted bracket, roller replacement ) within 1 hour of quote signing. I would highly recommend Precision to others.

I just got done telling my husband thank you for picking Precision for our new garage door. Never once since it was put in have we had any trouble with the door for the remotes. I am so very pleased with the very prompt service I received! My garage door opener did not work and after several tries, I called Precision and within 45 minutes he arrived. However, just before he arrived i tried it again and it worked! My neighbor was here and had tried to find the problem and cleaned cobwebs off the door. The technician came and checked things out and all was ok! I apologized for calling him out here and he was very kind and assured me that I should call anytime if I have an issue with my door. What a relief to know my garage door is ok and to have someone come out to check it for me so quickly. A few weeks ago, my neighbor had trouble with his door and I told him to call Precision and he was very pleased with the service he received. Thank you so much for being a great company to rely on.

I manage an Independant Living Senior Facility in Ankeny. I first chose Precision because they are located in town. This year I have had to call them approx. 4 times and each time they arrive same day, with a courtesy call to say they are on the way including a text with Technician's info and picture. 2 times it was the GFCI outlet had tripped inside garage but with the door shut, I didn't feel comfortable prying it open for fear of damaging door or mechanicals. Sam and Worth are quick, professional, and very courteous. They explained what the issue was and how I could potentially troubleshoot. I will Always call Precision for my commercial and residential needs, they are simply an amazing company in a time where many vendors simply do not go the extra mile to offer top tier customer service.

Outstanding service. I discovered my garage door had a broken spring at 7:15. By 10:30 it was fixed. The tech, Sam, was first rate. He evaluated the door and opener system, pointed out that a number of parts were past their service life and deteriorating, and presented me with options. I ended up going with a complete rebuild. Not cheap, but Precision stands by their work- I got a 10 year warranty. I'm sure my garage door and opener will need repair in the future and when it does I'll be requesting Sam.
