Today was rather cold and our garage door kept stopping halfway and raising after each time I lowered it. I called and Sam showed up on time and carefully listened to me and what I had tried to do to figure out what may be going on. Then, he proceeded to check the door and the opener and fixed the issue which seemed to be due to increased friction between the door bottom rubber and the side plastic cover on the wall. He meticulously explained what he did. He also went over some other details about the state of the door (i.e., rollers) which is several years old. I am grateful for his timeliness and the great/professional service he provided. Thank you Sam.

Things never break at a good time. Saturday night, I got home about 8 pm and my garage door would not open. I called my son who came over and we discovered one spring had broken. He had used Precision before, so he went online and entered a work request for Monday. Sunday morning, they called and were able to work me in - they came, gave me an estimate, suggested a few repairs as preventative maintenance and had my door working within an hour Grant did a great job of explaining what was repaired, was friendly and fast. My door was working again, and that was great since it was below 0 outside. What a great experience, a great technician fixing my door - would highly recommend to anyone needing garage door fixed

I damaged my garage door enough to knock the roller out of the track and for it not to close. I immediately called Precision because I see their commercials every morning. An appointment for that afternoon was scheduled. Brandon, the technician, called to give me his ETA, was very polite and helpful, and the job was done in a timely manner. I have used Precision Garage Door before. They were prompt then and were again this time. I explained that the keypad (original keypad being ~30 years old) was being slow along with the remote. After the serviceman evaluated the whole door, he determined the keypad was wearing out and replacement of keypad would be needed. It works great now!

Three years ago when the spring on my garage door broke, my son-in-law recommended Precision Garage Door. So I called them and they were at my house in a very short time and fixed my door. So this morning when my garage door wouldn't stay down I called them and someone was here within an hour. I was very impressed. The young man who came looked over the problem and made some adjustments to the door and it was fixed. When I asked how much the charge was, he replied that there was none. That the springs were causing the problem and since I had them replaced three years ago it was included in cost of the springs!!! I would recommend this company to anyone!!! They are fast, courteous, professional and they stand behind their work!!!!!

I chose Precision because they came out last year when our spring broke. We called on a Sunday night I believe and they came out the next morning and repaired and installed a new opener. Reasonable price and excellent service! I called them out yesterday and they were here this morning. Nothing really wrong , but technician checked it out and told me everything was fine. His name was Sam and he was friendly, professional, and courteous. They didn’t charge me anything. Sam said he was in the area and it was under warranty. I highly recommend Precision!! David james

Excellent service! Within 4/12 hours from calling to check about getting service on a Saturday the service man arrived. We live about 40 out from the DM area and really appreciate being able to get the door repaired in this very cold weather. There was no extra charges for service call and Saturday repair. Also wanted to mention the repairman deserves a 5 star rating too!

The second tech who arrived did an outstanding job. The first, less experienced tech said the house trim around the outside of the garage door needed to be moved, because it was hitting the garage door. When I asked for a second, more experienced tech, that tech adjusted the brackets on each side of the garage door on the interior side of the door to quickly resolve the problem. Both individuals were courteous and cooperative.
