This is the second time we have used Precision. When we have called they have arrived in a short amount of time. In fact we had another person here at our home doing work. He was so impressed on how quick Precision showed up at our home that he asked for some business cards to pass out to his customers. Sam did a very good job putting our garage door opener installed.

Bryce, was qucik and diagnosed my issue very fast. He took my word that I had a coupon for a maintenance service discount. He said, "we have these all over! I'm sure you had one when you called in." He lubed and adjusted my door, which is almost silent when opening and closing now. Nice job and very professional!

Sam was very curtious and was not pushy which means alot to me. After he inspected everything he told me what parts needed to definitely be replaced and told me other parts that could be fixed but wouldn't have to be. He was able to fix and replace everything right on the spot. When he was done he took all of the old pieces and everything was cleaned up when he left.

Precision was fantastic. My wife and I first worked with Bill to select our new garage doors, openers, and to receive a quote. Bill was awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Because of Bill we decided to go with Precision, and not seek out a second quote from another company. On the day of install, Brody and Sutton showed up to put the doors in. These two were great. Both were personable and professional. They cranked up the tunes and went to work. Brody said it would take about 4 hours to install, it took 3 hours and 58 minutes. Give or take a few minutes. They did a great job and the doors look fantastic. Precision is lucky to have Bill, Brody, and Sutton working there. Great people. We are very happy we went with Precision. Bottom-line, if you're looking for a new garage door and don't care how it looks on your house or whether you get quality service, then go with some other company. If not, choose Precision. Garage door would not open. Called this morning at 10:30 and although I said it was not an emergency, they arrived at noon. Did major repairs with full explaination and were done by 1:30. I have a 10 year warranty on repairs and am very satisfied!

My garage door spring broke late Friday morning. My usual service company wasn't able to fix it until the following Monday. I decided to call Precision Garage Door after having seen their ads on TV. They were able work me in that afternoon which was great because the door was down and not going anywhere with a broken spring. Their technician Jordan A. did a great job! He started off with a full evaluation of the door, gave me a list of additional options to consider beyond just fixing the springs. I decided what I wanted done and he did it with no pressure whatsoever. I felt like I came away with a new door, it was great!

I was pleased with Kyle Muyskens work. He took the time to explain everything to me before he started his work. Kyle showed me damaged pieces that would need repairs. Kyle went over my options for what repairs I could afford and explained the process. After Kyle completed his work, he showed me the repairs and opened and closed garage door. It was so quiet and smooth. He explained to me that I should lube the tracks once a year. I was very satisfied with the work before, during and after. Kyle sent me a copy of my repairs and pictures of his work. I was also very happy that Precision could come to my house the same day and get my door operational.
