First of all - everyone was very polite throughout the process of scheduling and when the job was being completed. Communication was great on when someone would be out and we appreciated the prompt service. We had a spring break on our garage door and needed that serviced. Our door was pretty old so there were some other maintenance issues that were suggested to be updated as well. If you have any sort of skills with fixing things on your own, you may want to double check what kind of price gouging is going on with these extras before you have them completed. I made the mistake of having them fixed and my husband realized that we paid $220 for 10 rollers to be replaced when we could purchase these on our own for $25.00. This is very disappointing. So- buyer beware. Learn from our mistake.

Technician Jordan Clark was very professional and gave a clear understanding of our garage door status and overall condition. He presented itemized repair cost options. We decided on a course of action and Jordan completed the repair in a timely fashion. An itemized email was sent upon completion of the work. To add to our experience, we discovered our broken spring about 8:45am and I made a call to Precision customer service about 9:00am to request a repair. Three hours later, our garage door was repaired and functional. Pretty good customer service in my book.
