Was given a time range for the afternoon & then got called bumping me up since they were in the area. Ryan Swift was prompt, very pleasant & did a thorough check. Then went over his findings & let me decide how much I wanted done. He quickly did the part he could do & set up the rest to be done the next day. Very pleased with my experience today & expect tomorrow will be exactly the same.

I made a phone call to Precision and they were at my house within 35 mins. Very nice repair man, Brandon, gave us all the info for a new opener. The problem is temporarily fixed but due to the age it will probably needed replaced. Service was prompt and efficient!

We received a call back from Kyle within 15 minutes and arrived 1/2 hour from placing our order, on a Sunday! Kyle was polite and clearly explained the causes for our malfunctioning garage door opener. Kyle provided several options for repair and/or replacement of worn items. We decided to repair the garage door hardware and replace the opener. Kyle had everything fixed and cleaned up in about 2 hours! We're very happy with Precision and Kyle. We highly recommend Precision for garage door repair.

What a spectacular experience. They were at my house within 4 hours of placing my service call. They clearly explained why the door broke and gave me options for a fix. The technician was phenomenal (give this guy a raise!) and had it fixed in 45 mins. A quick checkout process where an instant email was sent with my invoice, my warranty paperwork and they even included a safety checklist.
