No one wants to have to get a garage door repaired especially this time of year (December) but Eric came Monday when he said he would be there and repaired our door in 2 hours. The customer service was excellent, he was very knowledgeable about what was wrong and what it would take to fix it in the most cost effective yet highest quality manner. Eric was great! He attempted some triage on my garage door opener, and explained why the things he tried didn't work. He offered me a couple of options to replace it, and had it installed within an hour. He even took away the pieces of the old opener, so I didn't have to dispose of it.
