I learned about precision from a commercial I saw as well as ironically Kyle our service guy that came to our house I had noticed his van sitting around the corner so I kept seeing this van and then I figured well they’re close and sure enough our garage door broke I had an issue went on the website send a text got response Kyle was there within an hour gave me all the options his customer service is outstanding and he’s very knowledgeable and polite

The spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision Garage Door Des Moines and they came out the next morning and fixed it. They also did a thorough inspection of my garage door and I had them refurbish all the worn parts so now it works like it is brand new!

We called to schedule a service for our garage springs to be replaced. Our appointment was set for the same day as the call between 2&4pm. At 12:50pm I received a call from the technician that he could head my way earlier then expected, arriving within 20 mins to be exact which was wonderful. After an inspection there of course was more that needed to be repaired then met the eye. Kyle walked us through a variety of options and was more then happy to answer all the questions we had. Kyle was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! When the work was done he showed us everything and tested it out a couple times before he left. We were happy to hear that there were payment options, not many companies will accommodate in this area most times. Fortunately we didn’t have to utilize this but great to know for future. We will be reaching out to Precision with all our future garage needs.
