Jordan was fantastic! After having a really bad day, and then coming home to a broken garage door Jordan came to my house right away and was calm and very helpful! He presented me with 3 options and the benefits and the negatives of all of them as well as financing options. Overall I still had to buy a new garbage door, but the experience wasn’t as bad as I expected.

Professional and quick response time. Kept us updated on appointment time and actually moved us up several hours. Technician was knowledgable, pleasant and curtious. This was not a major repair as all that was needed was the bottom weather strip replaced, he walked us through the entire process and performed an overall inspection.
