I would give you a 10 if I could, that's just how satisfied I am with the young gentleman that came Jordan to fix my garage door. He answered all of my questions and allowed me to act as though I was a 2-year-old why are you doing that what's that for, and he very patiently explained each step that he took fixing my door for me. I really, really appreciated his expertise. I will be telling my family and friends about you and your company

I chose Precision from TV adds and coupon in ValuPac. Previous owner had work done so all that was needed was minor service. However, the motor was past its life, so I opted to replace it. Jordan was very knowledgeable and helpful thru the process. He has good customer and work skills. Thank you.

I called Precision in the morning and they had someone out to fix the garage door the same afternoon. Kyle provided great service in addition to being friendly and professional. Various options were provided to replace the torsion spring for our garage door and he thoroughly explained each option. If the need arises I will be calling Precision again.

Precision Door was great! They responded to my online request, setting up an appointment for the next morning. I appriciated the phone call to let me know when Sam would be arriving, as well as the picture and brief bio to let me know who would be coming. Sam was very professional and kind, giving excellent explanations about what was wrong and the needed repairs. He also gave explanations about how the garage doors should function. It was truly a great experience, in spite of the frustration of the breakdown! Barb Fatka

We had an 10+ yr opener where the sensor eyes were picking up false indications, preventing the door from going down. I logged onto the Precision website 11pm Sunday evening and was able to make a service appt for Monday morning. Technician Sam called ~ 20 minutes ahead of his arrival on Monday morning to give us a heads up he was on his way. On site, he was very cordial, explained the situation, and some solutions--- all while not trying to upsell any product. New opener and rollers installed in ~ 1 1/2 hrs and everything is back to working as intended. Highly recommend!

They were actually earlier than the stated time to arrive, which was very nice. Jordan did a great job of explaining everything and what it would cost. He was very professional. It took him about a hour and 15 minutes to install new springs an an opener. It would have taken me all day with a lot of bad words and it probably wouldn't have been right.I will recommend Precision to all my friends.
