I highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing any garage door services.They responded to my online request within an hour, and set an appointment for the next morning. When they found they had an opening the same day I contacted them, they moved up the appointment for me. Eric was outstanding! I called Precision Door on Saturday evening with issues with our garage door not closing and making strange sounds when it did work. The technician. Blake, arrived at the designated time to fix the issue the next day.. Blake was very courteous and provided us with an upfront estimate for the work. Upon completion, he explained everything he did and we were very satisfied with his job performance. I would highly recommend using Precision Door for any future issues that might arise.

I am very pleased with your company, your technician, and the services he has provided. Today's problem required a minimal fix - I had chipped away some ice that had accumulated in one corner by the sensor and must have jarred it somehow to become misaligned, and that is why the garage door would not shut. The technician didn't even charge us - even in this arctic cold weather, every call he handles has to be challenging. This same technician is the one who repaired my garage door recently and that job took a while - he was and is very professional, knows what he is doing, and is just the best. We were set up for service on Monday but got a call asking if service could be done yesterday. We have always been mostly self-sufficient but there comes a time in ones life when help from others is a better choice. This was one of them. God bless Eric & Mike. Eric and Mike came out to inspect our garage door, they found out the problem was simply ice formation at the base. This issue would not allow our door to operate freely as it did in the past few years. They were prompt, courteous, and there was NO CHARGE! I will not hesitate to call them again for service.

I purchased new garage door opener and was planning on purchasing new door, but boys told me I didn't need one. So they just repaired my door with new rollers and hinges. Very appreciative that they were honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They were polite and friendly and helpful. I would definitely hire them again.
