We were set up for service on Monday but got a call asking if service could be done yesterday. We have always been mostly self-sufficient but there comes a time in ones life when help from others is a better choice. This was one of them. God bless Eric & Mike. They were efficient, knowledgeable- explaining all to my mechanically inclined husband, polite, and witty. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone needing service. Eric and Mike came out to inspect our garage door, they found out the problem was simply ice formation at the base. This issue would not allow our door to operate freely as it did in the past few years. They were prompt, courteous, and there was NO CHARGE! I will not hesitate to call them again for service.

I purchased new garage door opener and was planning on purchasing new door, but boys told me I didn't need one. So they just repaired my door with new rollers and hinges. No one wants to have to get a garage door repaired especially this time of year (December) but Eric came Monday when he said he would be there and repaired our door in 2 hours.
