Eric was great! He attempted some triage on my garage door opener, and explained why the things he tried didn't work. He offered me a couple of options to replace it, and had it installed within an hour. He even took away the pieces of the old opener, so I didn't have to dispose of it. My experience with Precision was the complete opposite of what I've previously experienced with home-related repairs in the following ways: 1. Same-day service 2. The technician was 90 minutes early 3. The repair process was explained clearly + in non-technical language 4. Questions were answered clearly 5. An add-on product that was clearly needed but a challenge to afford at this time was offered at a discount. Although it improved the performance of the garage door, it didn't get the results the technician had envisioned once installed so it was removed from the bill. 6. The "technician" was actually the owner doing the job he asks others to do.

Wow....same day service (actually same morning!) including diagnosing the red light and replacing the operator before lunch! Eric is a personable and knowledgeable professional. The new unit is so quiet and smooth. And after the Wayne Dalton remote for my car failed a few years ago, I am delighted to be able to close the door from my car again!

Hi, I would like to give a shout out and high five to Eric! He was not only very personable but very honest. From the initial phone call I made to their office he was at my residence within 2 hours. I asked for a quote for repairing versus buying a garage door and Eric was honest and straight forward on the pricing along of the makeup of my garage door. I also asked for the garage door opener sensors be relocated along with my wireless keypad to be reprogrammed. This was great customer service and if I need service again I will not have to research any further.
