Highly recommend Precision for you garage door needs. The appointment was easy to make, on a Saturday. Nathan was even able to come a little early. He got right to work and fixed a couple of issues. I’m very pleased.

I am very pleased with the service on my garage door. I had to have the original opener from 2000 replaced and the rollers changed. The technician, Worth, was very courageous and explained thoroughly all my options before beginning the work. I would definitely recommend Precision garage door of Des Moines!

The garage door now opens quieter and smoother than it did before. Kyle was very helpful, actually helped with the price, negotiate a really fair price. He was training someone at the time and I thought they represented the company very well. They were fast and efficient.

The technicians arrived right on time, listened carefully to my needs, and provided excellent service. I asked for an estimate, and within 10 minutes, they had completed it on the spot and emailed it to me. This is a great example of how every company should do business in America—professional, efficient, and respectful of the customer’s time. Thank you to the Precision Garage Door team for the outstanding service!

Just upgraded my 20 year old garage door opener with Precision Garage Doors. I had seen their ads in the Valpak coupons & was able to self-schedule my appointment on their website. They sent Worth Henry as my service tech. He checked out my system, and gave me 3 price points to consider. Since my system was old, I decided to have a new system installed. He got it done in about 2 hours, and helped me link it to the Genie app, so I can monitor my garage door & open it or close it from anywhere. I was very pleased with the workmanship. He made sure my questions were answered before departing. I would recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone looking for a new system to be installed, or even an annual maintenance check to keep things running smoothly.

I was very impressed with Nathan. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained the issue with my garage door so I could understand the problem, but he wasn’t pushy. He let me make the decision on how I wanted to resolve the issue. I ended up getting a new garage door opener (mine was 22 years old!!) and I am so glad I did! He had everything done in less than an hour and explained my new opener to me. I’m very happy with Nathan and Precision Garage Door Service!!!! Highly recommend!!

New opener and keypad installed in 2024. This week the keypad wouldn’t work so I thought the batteries needed to be replaced. Couldn’t open the battery box so couldn’t open the door from outside. I called for service. Eric Taylor came, showed me how to open the battery box, and he put in new batteries for me. He took the time to ask if I had wi-fi, did I have the Aladdin app (I do), and went into detail how the app will tell me everything I would want to know about my garage door. He was super patient with this old gal. Very thankful he took the time to educate me after checking to be sure all was OK.

The spring on our garage door broke at 6 AM, and Precision replaced it by 10 AM. Awesome service and thankful they had the 24 hour help line to give us peace of mind! They conducted a thorough inspection which identified other potential issues, so we could address them while the tech was here. Quite pleased!

The springs on our garage door suddenly broke and we needed help quickly. Precision was able to get a technician out to us early the next morning and Justin was able to install the new springs in spite of not being able to get the garage door open so we could remove our cars. He did a great job working around the cars and was very careful and thorough. So glad to have our garage door working again!

Ryan from Precision Door showed up within the promised two-hour window the day after my wife scheduled the appointment. He called in advance, and Precision sent a text with his photo and short bio. Ryan communicated well and explained what the issues and options were. In a reasonable amount of time I had a new and improved garage door opener system. It's never fun replacing things, but I am very satisfied.

Well done Precision Door Service! The service we received to repair our garage door was top notch, from scheduling to the actual repairs. Everything completed and explained. Our service technician, Brody, went the extra mile to provide explanation of work, and show us how to lubricate our hinges, spring, etc. Thank You!

I received excellent service from Precision Garage Door Company on a Sunday. Scott, the tech was early to the appointment and did a complete inspection of the door, recommended repairs to the garage door and replacement of both springs. It was a reasonable quote and Scott did the repairs in less than a half hour. Scott is real professional in the way he greeted me, explained the repairs needed and did a great job on the suggested repairs. I would highly recommend this company for service and repairs to your garage doors.

Last evening our garage door springs broke and couldn’t get the door open. We received an appt for this morning. Our technician Nick phoned prior to his arrival, which was during the designated time frame. He quickly diagnosed the issues and offered several repair options. We had multiple components replaced. Our garage door now opens and closes so smoothly and quietly, that we can’t even believe it. We would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door and this technician!
