Spring broke on my garage door last night around 9:30. I went online and made an appointment for today! Tech showed up on time and did a complete repair on my door….new springs, cable, rollers and I decided to purchase a new opener as well as mine is 11+ years old. Courteous, very thorough and the Tech asked me multiple times if I had any questions or concerns. Highly recommend Precision Doors for their great work and fair pricing!!

I came home from work to discover that my both springs on my builder grade door had broken. I called that night and Worth showed up by 9 the next morning. He took the time to answer my questions and gave me solid insight o what he thought was wrong with the door. He gave me several options on how he could fix it and answered any questions I had. Once I picked my option he got right to work and in less than an hour he had my door working again! I would highly recommend this company and if I need anything in the future they will be my first call.

I chose Precision because I was looking for a specific manufacturer of door sealer. The name recognition from your advertising did not hurt. I had expected that a technician was coming out to give an estimate and assurance that Precision could install the Clopay sealer I needed. Actually, Cody came out, analyzed the problem, and offered to make the needed repairs immediately. Cody was professional but also very personable. He obviously knew what was needed and was very accommodating in his explanations. What I thought might be a multi-step process was handled quickly and expertly. Congratulations on living up to your advertising!

Our service call was scheduled within 48 hours based on our availability. Adam Looman, Service Tech, arrived promptly as scheduled, listened to our concerns and spent time assessing the situation. He reassured us that things were working properly, lubricated the tracks as needed, and left us with a can of lubricant and instructions as to how and when to lubricate. He was knowledgeable and patient, and did a great job addressing our concerns, all at no charge to us! Overall, a terrific service experience.

Our garage door broke on Saturday night. First thing Sunday morning Scott was there to fix it. He did an excellent job and explained everything he was going to do. Thirty minutes later our door was fixed! We’ll definitely call Precision again.

We had chosen Precision when our garage door would not open. They were out within a few hours and had us taken care of. They were so nice to work with. Yesterday, I called with an opener not working. Within a couple of hours they were out and not only replaced the opener, at no charge, but checked the opener system to make sure it was ok. I have been very pleased with the service we have received. I would recommend them to anyone.

We've had a few great experiences with Precision Garage Door. The most recent one was that our exterior keypad wasn't working. After many attempts to reprogram myself, Precision came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it at no charge. In fact, the owner came out himself! They were very professional and courteous. Our spring snapped, trapping my son's car inside. (Manual lever didn't work). I called in the late afternoon, and they booked me for 1st thing the next morning.(a Saturday) Adam called saying he was on his way, and sent a Bio so I knew what he looked like, and alittle about him professionally & personally. He arrived, assessed the situation, provided 3 options and discussed things in detail when I had questions. He got to work immediately, and had everything done and cleaned up in 2 hours. He was VERY professional and personable and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. We've had Precision out to our house twice now for garage door issues. They show up the same day, tell you exactly what they are going to fix, how much it will be, and work in a very professional and expedient manner. I have no reason to look anywhere else. 11/10!
