I called Precision and was given an estimate for a spring repair. I was told that Precision would only replace both garage door springs (not just the one that was broken). I was Ok with that because the internet recommended replacing both springs even if only one was broken. The service person Grant gave me an estimate that was similar to the estimate I was given on the phone. Grant replaced both springs very quickly and I was happy with his work. I would use this company again if I needed any work on a garage door.

Went to the garage and found a spring broke on the 16 ft. door. Was able have a repairman come within 2 hrs and was able to replace the springs and have the door working within an hour or so. Sam the technician was friendly and polite. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Was very pleased with the service and speed which the door was fixed.

on Sunday I called to set up a apointment for Monday. I was told there was a tech in our neighborhood and if I wanted he could stop by today and no additional cost.I was given a time frame of 2-4 and the tech arrived at 1.The tech looked at my door and explained the 25 yr old motor was on its last leg. He gave me a estimate that was acceptable and a good value.Within two hours the job was done and all was explained.
