Noticed that my panels on garage door had sunlight coming thru and then saw screws had pulled loose from the hinges. Called Precision at 9:20am and within an hour the service tech was there to fix it. Even though it wasn't an emergency you showed up immediately. Tech Brandon show me what else was or could go wrong, wrote up the estimate, which I approved & repair completely quickly. Great reaction time, tech work & customer service. Thank you

We are very satisfied with our garage door service from Precision Garage Door! Jordan arrived earlier than our 4p-6p scheduled appointment time, which was awesome because my wife is a nurse and has to work at 7p. Jordan explained the work that needed to be done and really broke down what Precision services would be best for us short and long term. Jordan finished the job in a timely manner and explained to me the different parts he had repaired. On a cold, cold summer winter morning, the spring on our garage door broke. I called and they were there shortly after to inspect and repair. Within a reasonable time, with a job well done, he had the door fixed. Price was fair. Later that afternoon we were able to get out.

My door went down fine when I left this AM, but my wife later told me she heard "a noise" as the door went down. It would only open a few inches when I returned. I determined it was likely a broken spring, though it was internal to the shaft at the top of the door so it couldn't be seen. Having just recently seen an ad for precision, I called around 11:30 and was told a tech could be here between 12:00 and 2:00. AMAZING! Brandon showed up and immediately agreed it was the spring. I signed his estimate and, having the parts with him, began immediately. He replaced all necessary hardware and also replaced the rollers as he was able to show me these were significantly worn. The work was fast and obviously that of a well- trained professional. We also got to exchange a few hunting stories! :) Don't hesitate to call Precision.
