He spent time listening to customer, then did general diagnostics to problem solve. Gave reasonable explanation of issues and most economical options for remedy. Called Monday morning, Caiden your service technician was at our door 3 hours later. Caiden explained our options for a new garage opener and we decided on upgrading our 2008 craftsman to a new Genie belt drive.
