My garage door broke in the late afternoon. I called at 4:30 and they said they would be able to be there between 6-8 PM. I got a call and Sean said he would be there in 10 minutes. Arrived at 4:45 PM. Replaced several things on the door and was done quickly, efficiently and looks great! There was no emergency fee for coming in the evening. Another company was going to charge $385 for coming the next day! Thank you for your quick response!

And Worth showed up. He was so professional and kind. I explained that my husband passed away and that I have no idea what I was doing. He said I’m here to help you. So easy to work with from start to finish-from making an appointment for a free estimate, to talking to Zach who came and gave me the estimate after looking over my garage door and to Hunter and Marqui who, on an especially hot day, installed the garage door and Hunter who went over all the fine points of the workings of the garage door! I chose Precision Door when my garage door stopped working because I had a coupon from ValPak. Sam came first to inspect it. He was honest and I trusted him when he said the best option was a new door. He was knowledgeable and straightforward. Brandon Cosner took out the damaged door and installed the new one. He was very friendly and knew his stuff. He was also very quick, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone.

From the first contact to completion of scheduled work everything was a GREAT PLEASURE. No pressure on sales I nearly fell off my chair--so reasonable. Spring on our garage door broke. Called Precision at 5 pm on a Sunday, technician came out at 8:30 am Monday morning and had repair done by 10:30 am. Kyle Muyskens did a complete inspection, gave us options and fixed the problem all in one trip exceeding our expectations on how quickly they could come and fix the problem.

Precision Garage Door Service installed our previous garage door opener and we really like the garage door opener. Our garage door opener was damaged by lightening and we had to replace our initial opener. Grant did a great job. Quick response time. I chose Precision from seeing their TV ads. My garage door would not close and Caiden was to my home within a few hours of my calling to schedule. The door needed a number of adjustments/repairs to put it back in good condition and everything we needed was on the truck including new springs and rollers.
