Grant Sagan had a new opener installed and all remotes programed and ready to go less than than an hour later. On a Sunday morning no less in freezing temps. Jordan with Precision exceeded my expectations. The tension spring broke around 8:00 AM, I called Precision for a service call and they were able to complete the repair before noon. Jordan inspected the garage door and all the mechanical parts and provided different estimates for repairs, absolutely no pressure. I reviewed the website, made a call/text and scheduled an appointment today (2/17/2026). The Technician Caiden was very professional, knowledgeable and explained the repair process and provided me a couple different quotes for me to choose from. No Pressure just being upfront!!
