Came quickly even right before Christmas. Sam was a friendly and helpful technician. He gave us our options, but was not pushy about us spending the most money. Felt we could trust him to fix what we wanted fixed and not more. He did a great job and had our garage door running in short order. Thank you!

My spring broke on Christmas morning and I called at 10am the next day and they came and replaced the springs by the 1pm. Great service and Jordan was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you to the Precision team and I will request Jordan for future work.

Precision was great. They were very flexible with my working hours and available after 4pm. Caiden came to my home on time and inspected the garage. He was very friendly. He was able to fix my broken Spring in about half an hour. I was extremely happy with his work. I like that Precision sent a text with a picture and short bio of the technician so you know who coming.

Grant Sagan came to our house since our garage was not opening. Our motors and chains were 20 years old. Grant was able to identify the issue and helped select the best motor and belts with warranties so we could use our garage again. He answered all my questions and did a fantastic job.

Once again, Precision Garage Door has provided top notch service. It was really great to see Kyle again. Easy to see why he is your lead technician! Kyle did a big job for me last time he was here and today he was kind enough to stop by and program the garage door remote in a new car I bought. He also did a quick check on everything and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Kyle is very good at his job and a friendly, helpful, and courteous young man.
