Precision Doors replaced my door opener 4-5 yrs ago. I like it so much that I had them replace my garage door this week. I am amazed at how nice it is! They did excellent work and the door is nicely sealed all the way around it. I also purchased the extended warranty which is for 15 yrs. That will take care of me for a long time!

Jordan did a great job. The lower seal on the door was probably the original seal...and getting it out and a new seal installed was more difficult and time consuming than any of us anticipated...requiring some additional help and different seal. However the guys from Precision got it done and did a great job. When I get new doors...Precision will be at the top of my list. Thanks

Sam was awesome! Did not try to upsell me, just get me what I needed. He made sure that everything was working and that I didn't have any questions. He even lubricated the garage door, programmed my vehicles, and also the key pad for me! Excellent Service! Wish I had called them when I needed a new garage door! I'm really happy with the new garage door opener!

Excellent service!! Kyle was my technician. Exactly on time. Very polite and well/spoken. Very clean and tidy with work area. Excellent manners. Superb customer service!! Thorough in inspection and timely estimate/quote with several options for repairs. New type of springs: torsion replacement. Worked efficiently and finished in allotted time frame he said it would take. Price was more than I was expecting, but since I don’t have the knowledge and know how of these types of repairs, it must be what it is now. Overall, a wonderful experience. Will highly recommend this company to family, friends, and clients. Job well done!! Thank you!!

My installer was Brandon. He was very polite and pleasant to deal with. No high pressure sales and he knew his product. I called first thing Monday morning and the garage door spring was fixed on my rental house garage by noon the same day, now that is SERVICE! Most other companies should follow this example. This is a legitimate 5-star rating. I booked Precision on a Tuesday morning when I was leaving for work and my door wouldn't close. I didn't know how to interpret the error messages from my garage door opener unit, and I was flustered from being late -- so I made a call for help. I booked online that morning and was given an instant appointment confirmation. I was contacted later that day by a customer service rep/dispatcher to better understand my situation. A few minutes later I got a phone call from my technician, Sam, who was able to arrive about 15 minutes early! We hadn't even started the job and it was exceeding my expectations. Once the work began, Sam treated me and my home with complete respect and he even took the time to educate me about the various component parts of an overhead door. Dude knows his stuff and handled the entire job, my stress included, ....near perfectly. Good work. I rarely leave reviews. And this comes on the heels of an unrelated, not-so-great customer experience with another company. Different industry. But this was enough to make my day and course-correct my week. Give 'em a call.
