A worker from Precision came to fix my garage door on a Saturday. He quickly assessed the problem and gave us three different options for necessary, mid-range and optimal repair service with corresponding prices and warranties. He arrived within 4 hours of my call and finished the work quickly and with no mess. I appreciated getting confirmation details, including a picture of the worker before he arrived.

A neighbor recommended them and I received a coupon packet in the mail and one of them was for Precision. Technician was very informative and willing to work with me. I appreciated his input. The last time I gave a rating for someone I got a response of "why didn't you rate them 5 stars if they did what you wanted". Well, I never give anyone 5 stars until I've worked with them for a while and nothing goes wrong. As far as I am concerned they were doing their job. I have used Precision Garage Door before. They were prompt then and were again this time. I explained that the keypad (original keypad being ~30 years old) was being slow along with the remote. After the serviceman evaluated the whole door, he determined the keypad was wearing out and replacement of keypad would be needed. It works great now!
