Jordan with Precision exceeded my expectations. The tension spring broke around 8:00 AM, I called Precision for a service call and they were able to complete the repair before noon. Jordan inspected the garage door and all the mechanical parts and provided different estimates for repairs, absolutely no pressure. Can't be more pleased with finding Precision garage door service. Stuck in my house on a Sunday because of a broken spring. Easily scheduled my appointment online and actually heard from Jordan earlier than my appointment time. Jordan was very understanding and experienced than what he does. Quickly replace the springs and fixed the loose chain under 30 minutes. He also did something else to make it whisper, quiet, compared to how it used to be. Couldn't be happier with the choice I made.
