I was having problems with my 45+ year door opener and I called to get an estimate at 4.55pm. By 5.15 Jordan was in my driveway looking at the issue. In the process of giving me a quote, he adjusted the opener and it is working again. I may not buy a new one until this dies, but I will be sure to buy it from Precision. Second time using them and great customer service.

My garage door opener suddenly stopped working yesterday evening. Looked online and booked an appointment for today between 4 and 6 p.m. By 2 p.m Jordan is calling to say he is finishing up at his current job and if I'm available can be here by 2:30! Perfect!! We are very satisfied with our garage door service from Precision Garage Door! Jordan arrived earlier than our 4p-6p scheduled appointment time, which was awesome because my wife is a nurse and has to work at 7p. Jordan explained the work that needed to be done and really broke down what Precision services would be best for us short and long term. Jordan finished the job in a timely manner and explained to me the different parts he had repaired. My garage door just collapsed after getting a brand new one installed not even a year ago so I called Precision and they had Jordan to my house before I even made it home (approx 15 minutes). Jordan knew what the issue was immediately and had it fixed within 30 minutes all for under $100. Great price. Jordan was awesome. Great guy and knowledgeable. Very satisfied. Beyond happy with Precision Garage!! We had our spring break, on a cold Sunday, and a technician was at our home and had it fixed within 3 hours of my call. I honestly figured that I'd be lucky to "get in with someone" by Tuesday. Excellent service and solid work. I highly recommend them.
