Easy on-line scheduling that was completed in the evening. Precision was there the next day. The service man evaluated the situation and gave options for repair. Had materials in the truck to complete the job. Repairman was nice and competent. I'm pleased with result of work.

I would give you a 10 if I could, that's just how satisfied I am with the young gentleman that came Jordan to fix my garage door. He answered all of my questions and allowed me to act as though I was a 2-year-old why are you doing that what's that for, and he very patiently explained each step that he took fixing my door for me. I live in the townhomes around Copper Creek and my garage door would not close night before last. I am a widow 80+ years old so I locked the inside door and called my son the next morning. We called Precision Garage Door the next morning and it snowed most of the day and a technician arrived at 4:15 that afternoon. Jordan replaced several pieces of hardware and fixed the door good as new although the door is 20 years old. Very comforting to know I am safe and all is well in frigid temperatures! I am grateful for quality, affordable customer service when I needed it most!

What a wonderful company. I called on a Sunday and they scheduled me for Tuesday morning but then called back and told me they had something open up right then. He was kind, courteous and gave me options on my repair. He had fixed things in less than an hour.

We had a great experience. Jordan was at the house within an hour of us calling and was professional and courteous. He explained exactly what he was doing and programmed all the new remotes and showed us how to use the app, which is nice if you ever need to let someone in remotely or forget to close your door when leaving. I would definitely recommend.

Jordan was fantastic! After having a really bad day, and then coming home to a broken garage door Jordan came to my house right away and was calm and very helpful! He presented me with 3 options and the benefits and the negatives of all of them as well as financing options. Overall I still had to buy a new garbage door, but the experience wasn’t as bad as I expected.

They arrived at my house about 6:00 p.m. Only waited about half hour after my call. They inspected my door , told how they were going to repair it. It took them a couple of hours. Very clean and efficient.! I felt like I had called the right place.Thank you Precision Door.
