Had a great experience with Precision and the individual technician, Ryan. Contacted them before 8am via chat to make an appointment and Ryan was out by 11:30 to do the repairs. He talked me through what the issues were, their possible solutions and gave me a quote before any work was done. Ryans assessment after a few button presses was the garage door keypad was no more than 5 years old and already inoperable to the point of needing a replacement. I feel this is unacceptable for such an expensive keypad and garage door system. Cory
