Technician was friendly and took the time to explain what the issues were and how they could be remedied. He made sure I knew the operation of it and what to expect. Door opener runs much quieter than the previous one and is much easier to change the codes. A big plus was that I didn't have to wait to have the service performed. Installation was the same day as the consultation and the consultant was here within a couple of hours of calling them. Although it remains to be seen, I have confidence that I won't have any problems with the opener.

Our garage door decided to malfunction and completely break on a Sunday afternoon at 1:30. I called and within an hour Sam was there and had by door fixed before 3:30. So friendly and knowledgeable. Very thankful for Precision. Excellent customer service.

We chose Precision because their website specifically advertised that they repair garage door openers. I appreciated the ability to schedule an appointment online, and the technician arrived right at the appointed time. Once our opener was evaluated, the technician (Sam) explained the problem was with the internal electronics and why it would cost more to fix than replace. With no pressure, he explained the options. Once we decided that the best option was to replace the unit, he had everything installed in about an hour. He programmed the car remotes and the keypad for us and went through the warranty information. Sam was very patient with our questions and very professional and polite.

I am very please with Precision. The morning of my appointment I was texted the name, short bio and picture of the technician assigned to my house. Sam (technician) texted me to ask if he could come early as he was running ahead of schedule. He arrived exactly when he said he would; explained what he found and several options to fix the problem. Sam was very curtious and was not pushy which means alot to me. After he inspected everything he told me what parts needed to definitely be replaced and told me other parts that could be fixed but wouldn't have to be. Seen commercial on tv many tv many times, finally had my phone in my hand so I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate to replace my bad garage door opener, with no wait time my appointment was scheduled, I called late Tuesday afternoon and they were there Thursday by noon, gave me a great estimate for exactly the opener I was looking for and installed it the same day, when their commercials say their trucks are fully stocked, they are.
