I called at 2pm for a door spring that broke. Set an appointment for the next morning and lo and behold they called and came up by 3:30pm the same day. Spring fixed and rollers replaced as they were old and a couple torsion bolts. All done by 4:20 the same day! Definitely using g Precision Door for all my door needs! Ryan Swift was very courteous and polite and trusted him with everything! Thank You all so much!

I can’t say enough about this company. They are a great company to work with. I had them install a new motor and springs in my garage in San Diego, and I was so excited to hear that they were here in Iowa. Sam Campbell was the technician that installed a new motor and a new belt drive for me. He is very professional and knows exactly what he’s doing checked all the codes and made sure that everything was working properly before he left.. he was very pleasant and a nice young man. Jordan was very knowledgeable. He gave us several options for a motor replacement and a garage door replacement, we had damage on our existing door. He was never pushy, just gave clear explanations and the choices to best fit our needs. We are happy we chose to go with a new insulated door, it will definitely keep our garage and family room warmer in the winter. Our original door and motor was from 2002, the new belt drive will be quieter. We like to support local companies for our business.

I had issue that my key pad on garage stoped working. These guys installed new key pad and garage door opener year or two ago. I called and apt is set for next day. Tech show up and replace my key pad. He was very nice and friendly. I will recommend you guys and I will always use your service when we need

Sam C really saved us! Our garage door broke right before 5 pm but of course he took care of the problem…. Staying about 2 hours to get us up and running. So polite and friendly and knowledgeable! But the part of the story that impressed me was when I said” Wow, what if this had happened a week ago when I was going out the door to surgery?” He said,” We would have gotten a couple of guys here and gotten that door out for you!” Reliable! He was very knowledgeable and went above expectations by offering to lube the hinges and showed me how to use various features on my existing garage door.
