Our garage door spring broke in the afternoon and we needed to get it fixed that same night. Brandon came out In the evening and got everything fixed along with some updates to our rollers and the bearings. He wrote everything up in an easy to understand estimate and had the work done in under an hour. Brandon and Precision garage door saved the day. Worth was a great technician who explained what needed to be repaired to last a long time. Replaced the main spring rollers, cables, bearings and the rubber gaskets at the bottom of the door.He worked efficiently and had the job done in about an hour and a half. Very friendly and personable.

I called precision to simply replace a new gasket on the bottom of my garage door. Employee arrived and had never seen a door/gasket type like on my garage door. He stated I needed a new door. I proceeded to pull up the p-bulb gasket needed on my phone. He took a photo of it and called his manager. He stated he did not have that type of gasket and cannot help me today. As he was leaving I asked if he was coming back or what the next steps were. He said he would ask his manager. It’s been over four weeks and not a word. But of coarse I got charged for nothing done.
