I backed out too quickly and hit my garage door just before it cleared my trunk. It bent the bottom of the door and jilted the door so hard we couldn’t close it. The response to my call was fast, and the repairman was able to come the same day. The repair was a bit more extensive than we had hoped because a couple of the panels had separated. But he finished in a timely manner and the door looked as good as new. I had never used Precision before, but if we ever have a garage door issue in the future this is who I will call. They are professional and highly qualified, and everything was made crystal clear before, during, and after the repair was complete. I highly recommend this company for all garage door issues you may have.

We contacted you after a Google search for garage door repair in our area. Your staff that answered our call was very professional and scheduled a technician for same day service. Since we had a broken spring having it fixed same day was amazing. The technician contacted us en route and arrived as scheduled. I feel I was sold a inefficient situation to a problem a year or two ago and now worse problems with an expensive solution with a bait and switch option as soon as I did not agree to an over-sell option to something that could have been addressed the last time you were here No offense to the employees personally just probably process I have run a over $400 million dollar business and you can’t try and just not solve a problem for a client without looking at the possibility of what could happen if you don’t look long term Probably not use you again but keep working on improving from comments Thanks

I called Precision at two, and my tech Caiden arrived at 3:00 PM. Caiden explained what was wrong, how it could be fixed, and how much the repair would cost. He went to work, and 30 minutes later, the repair we discussed, and more, were complete. Caiden was polite, and qui k with a smile and a firm handshake. We discussed possible concerns for the future, and how we would address them. And if I choose to replace my 40 year old door, I'll request Caiden. I trust him to do it fast and do it right, and anyone reading this should, too.
