When our garage door quit on a Sunday afternoon, Worth responded in less than two hours, gave a thorough explanation of his findings after inspection, and presented our options clearly. Once we made a selection, he completed the work efficiently and explained the new opener. This is our second time using Precision and we’ve been pleased both times.

I selected Precision Garage Door Service based on their rating with the BBB and their online reviews. I called at 8 am and Grant, the technician arrived around 10:30 am. He diagnosed the broken spring right away, then assessed the door and its opener. When he found out the opener was over 20 years old, he recommended we replace it as well. Grant gave us several options. My husband and I asked him what he would recommend. He gave us an option that was not the least expensive but not the most expensive, either. We believed it to be reasonable, so we took his suggestion. We now have a much quieter opener that should last several more years.

Shawn called me before coming to our home, promptly diagnosed the issue and gave me options for how I wanted to proceed. It was easy to understand and cost in the range I expected. I was pleasantly surprised there was no trip charge out to Adel on top of the part costs & labor! Thank you for getting my door back up & running so we can park in the garage again!

My opener was noisy, the spring was in poor shape and the tracks were out of alignment because I tried to open the door with a lock engaged. The outside weather gaskets were cut too short so they were not working at all. Grant Sagan, the technician from Precision Garage Door Service asked me to tell him what was going on. He outlined everything that was needed and quoted me a fair price even though a return trip would be required for the new door gaskets. The work that was performed was done in a very professional manner at a fair price and exceeded our expectations. We appreciate all the people at Precision Garage Door Service and would highly recommend them for any Garage door issues you could have. They have earned our continued, future business.
