Had to have new garage doors installed due to the double door one bowing when I'd open and close it. Bill Cagno did an excellent job in his suggestions from grade, style, added options and color. Took 3 weeks to come in. Hunter Schueler and his crew mate (sorry didn't catch his name) did a fabulous job of installation, how to maintain them and even cut out a small section from our old doors so I could color match to our house paint, which I don't think we will do now since the doors match so well with our house trim and look good as is! Would highly recommend.

Great service today, very fast at taking care of our garage door problems. Sam was the technician, he did a great job of explaining what needed to be done, replaced a broken spring. He went over all of the parts of the door and told me their condition and if it was something that needed to be replace now or was something down the road. I decided to have him replaced everything that he saw had some wear on it. They were fast and he showed me everything that he did and why he felt it was something to think about doing now or in the future. Thank you Precision and thank you Sam for a job well done. Brandon arrived 15 minutes late, outside of the 2 hour window so we were off to a slow start. We chose Precision again, for a garge door lube and tune up, after an emergency bracket repair done last year that was done quickly and adequately. After the garage door safety check, Brandon was able to explain and demonstrate several issues that needed attention. He offered several repair options at different price points. Had a great experience with Precision and the individual technician, Ryan. Contacted them before 8am via chat to make an appointment and Ryan was out by 11:30 to do the repairs. He talked me through what the issues were, their possible solutions and gave me a quote before any work was done. Within an hour, all repairs had been made and the garage door operates better than it ever had!

Jordan Andrus was the Technician that came to my rescue 2 years ago when my overhead garage door railing pulled loose from the door frame. Today one of my springs broke and I immediately called Precision Door Service based the excellent job Jordan did last time. I could not believe my luck when Jordan showed up again this time. They installed our current system. I had a small problem late in the day, so called their 24/7 number. They showed up the next morning in a timely matter and took care of the problem. The technician showed me a couple of things to prevent the problem from happening again. All in all, a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with the service we received on a hot and humid Saturday. Sam was professional, knowledgeable and probably one of the nicest young men I have met. ( I was a high school teacher, so I have met a lot of young people.) He advised we replace our unit since the cables had come apart and it was very old. He removed the old one and replaced it with a new one that works very well. He was very diligent and made sure it worked correctly and that we understood how to use it. The fact that you offer service seven days a week with no emergency fee, was one of the things that prompted me to call. Thank you for your service.
