The spring busted on our 2-bay door with one of our cars stuck inside. I reached out to Precision about 9am, had a tech to the house within a couple hours and the repairs were completed in less than an hour after his arrival. The office kept us up to speed on scheduling changes due to weather that day. Sam was our tech. He was very professional and did an outstanding job.

There's nothing worse than waking up and your garage door won't open. There's nothing better than having someone there to fix it in an hour or so. Sam did a great job! He assessed my situation, fixed it and told me of any possible future issues without trying to sell me. Grant was great he called when he was coming. Very through, explained everything that was needed to be done. Gave me estimate, used parts that were still good. Done in very timely manner. Cost more than I thought it would but door was messed up more than I thought when I called.
