I Highly Recommend, Precision Garage Door of Des Moines. I called and talked to Susan, She was Great, expecting to wait a few days to a week for a Technician to show up, this was at two in the afternoon and the Service Tech showed up at Five...Extremely Fast and Timely ! Caiden Farrand was the Professional Service Technician and He was Honest and Great to work with, turns out it is a job I can do myself by leveling the floor underneath the door so there is no gaps whatsoever between the bottom of the Garage Door and the Floor. Caiden charged me absolutely nothing for his Professional Advise and help saying the rubber seal on the bottom of my garage door was in good shape and not in need of replacement. No Charge for the Service Call and if I would have had work done a 5% Veteran Discount. I Highly Recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Des Moines !

Today I had one of the best experience ever when it comes to customer service. I called at approximately 0800 , visited with a very kind lady on the phone, explained my problem, and she said she would send a technician out before 1100 am.I waited only a few minutes , when your technician Grant called and said he was on his way.Grant arrived soon there after, quoted me the price for my repairs. We had one side of our garage doors spring snap and break. So we needed to find someone to repair the door and where looking all night into the morning online to try and find someone. Looking through all the reviews. We found precision. And they where ranked extremely high with customer service and work. So we went ahead set up a appointment and where out the same day. And was able to get everything fixed and repaired in about a hour. Maybe less. Caiden was amazing and great. Very kind and caring. Out concrete garage floor will be leveled at an inch higher than the present level. The service team responded immediately to adjust the height of the rail and trim, and performed quick and excellent work. We called Precision Door this morning around 6 am as we had a spring break on our 16’ door. Phone was answered by an agent who took my information and scheduled a time for mid morning today for a crew to come out to repair. Company sent out Kyle Muyskens and his assistant to repair the work and answer questions that I had. We also were having issues with a wall switch on the same door. Kyle took the time to look at the door, advise of recommendations and what the cost would be all in a very professional manner. After accepting the work bid they proceeded to make the required changes. Door is operating much quieter and smoother then before and he had the wall switch. Having all the parts in his truck to do and finish the job speaks a lot for this company. I could not have received any better customer service. Great guys that handled the work. And they cleaned up after themselves!!! Thanks guys for a job well done
