Kyle did a big job for me last time he was here and today he was kind enough to stop by and program the garage door remote in a new car I bought. He also did a quick check on everything and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Kyle is very good at his job and a friendly, helpful, and courteous young man. The spring busted on our 2-bay door with one of our cars stuck inside. I reached out to Precision about 9am, had a tech to the house within a couple hours and the repairs were completed in less than an hour after his arrival. The office kept us up to speed on scheduling changes due to weather that day. Sam was our tech. He was very professional and did an outstanding job.
