I’ve been having trouble with my garage access pad not consistently opening or closing my garage door from the outside, so I finally called to ask that someone come out and take a look. I was SO pleasantly surprised when they were here within an hour of my call! The technician (Caiden) was fabulous! He listened to me and could relate to the issues that I was describing to him! We discussed several options… Including replacing the pad, but I decided to try the Wi-Fi option before replacing the pad and I’m very happy to report that I haven’t had any trouble since! Even better I wasn’t charged anything for the 15 minutes he was here! Thank you Precision for the great help and customer service experience!

Kyle is the absolute man. This is the third time he's been out to our place.He always has a genuine smile and is so polite and efficient as heck. He said 3 hours for reinforcing the door, adjusting the suspension accordingly due to the additional weight and replacing the outdated motor, which involved installing a new keypad on the outside, a new button on the inside and programming the new openers for me and my boyfriend to have in our car. He was there early, and had it done in less than two hours, and he did it singlehandedly in 20 degree weather. Because of his knowledge and skill he saved us almost 2 grand but finding a way to fix the door without us having to replace it. He is seriously the best. 10 outta 10 would definitely recommend.

Called in at 4:29 pm Monday to a very polite and professional call center lady (sorry I forgot her name). She helped me schedule an appointment for Tuesday morning 8-10am. Bryce called ahead of arriving. He was timely, professional and was quick to troubleshoot our issue. We needed two new “eyes”. We highly recommend Precision. Can't be more pleased with finding Precision garage door service. Stuck in my house on a Sunday because of a broken spring. Easily scheduled my appointment online and actually heard from Jordan earlier than my appointment time. Jordan was very understanding and experienced than what he does. Quickly replace the springs and fixed the loose chain under 30 minutes. He also did something else to make it whisper, quiet, compared to how it used to be. Couldn't be happier with the choice I made.
