Our garage door broke on a Friday night and I appreciate that there was no extra charge to come on a weekend and fix it. Our tech was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely recommend Precision to friends!

Fantastic experience to repairing my broken garage door that happened on Saturday afternoon. By early Sunday afternoon a technician was at my house and had the garage door fixed! A great experience and a company that I would recommend to anyone!

I was pleased with the prompt service provided. Blake explained everything to me in a clear and professional manner and didn't push me into buying new products I really wasn't interested in. He worked quickly and professionally--he obviously knew his job and what needed to be done. He was congenial while he worked and was kind enough to answer questions I had while he worked. My only complaint was the bill. I thought it was a little pricey ($289) for an hour of labor with no new parts purchased.

I called the precision phone number to tell them our garage door wasnt working and the receptionist the tect nitch would be there in 2 to 4 hours and Jeffrey Pinney done a very good job replaced alot stuff on our garage-door he told us what needed to be replaced and showed us the worn out pieces and replaced them . We are very happy with his work and done it very fast it works great now. Thanks alot.

Our garage door was stopping in mid-open or mid-close. He did a maintenance check and fixed the problem quickly. We were very pleased he called earlier than we expected to say he was on his way and was very efficient and done quickly. Will call again.

My garage door would not open when I went to leave for work at 5:45 am. I called Precision Garage Door at 5:50 am. A person answered the phone (I was impressed). I told the person what was going on and he scheduled my appointment. I only had to wait 2 hours for my appointment. When Blake got here, he was extremely pleasant and very knowledgable!!! Blake did an estimate and when I approved the estimate, he got to work fixing my door. Blake said it would only take about an hour, and it did. I am extremely happy with the repair, the price, and the whole experience. I will definately use and refer all my friends to Precision Garage Doors.

jeffrea penny was a teck very nice and friendly man explained every thing very well and what needed to be done and the cost of replacement parts to fix it we were very pleased with him. i saw this company advertized on television 24/7 no extra charges which i liked for late calls very pleased.And yes we will tell other people graet servises.

My garage door spring broke late Saturday evening, and by early Sunday morning, I had a plan with Precision Door Services to get the situation fixed. I appreciated the fact that there are no weekend or emergency service fees. In fact, there was no service fee at all. The technician who arrived, Jeffrey Pinney, was personable, efficient, and honestly presented me with three options and the respective price points that would allow me to then best select and meet my needs, both immediate and long term. I was impressed by how quickly and neatly the repair work was done. I hope I don't need to repair anything else regarding my garage anytime soon, but if I do, my first call absolutely will be made to Precision Door!

Our 20 year old garage door finally gave out. Called at 10...we could not lift the door at all, and we needed our car! They were at the house by 1230 and replaced the entire mechanism. Friendly, and the garage was a bit cleaner after they left! We highly recommend Precision Door.
