Jordan came to our rescue within a couple of hours. He was incredibly honest, saying the sensors were just picking up on some leaves in their path. There was no charge. I contacted Precision because they had 24/7 operators, had 5am-11pm appts. and their ad claimed best price in town. ALL WAS TRUE! I am so highly impressed with this company. They even called me back when they had a cancellation to see if I wanted to move up my appointment because they knew I had a rush job. There phone staff is very patient and friendly. The person who came out, Jordan, had a positive, get-it-done attitude and the repair was 10 minutes, literally. It was very inexpensive, too! Highly recommend!
