I was quoted a 2 hour repair window for my broken torsion spring. The technician left 5 hours later. I heard a lot of cursing and bad mouthing my setup and calling for other technicians’ advice. I would have liked to have been kept informed during the process. The technician left multiple sharp screws laying on the garage floor that would have been hazardous to my children’s feet and our car tires. In summary, would not recommend the company to my family and friends.

what a pleasure to do business with.......was the second time i had to use their service and both times they came immmediately and found the problem, explained it to me and the solution, inspected the entire system and pointed out possible problems in the future....they had my problem fixed and up and running in a very short time.......the technicians were polite and courteous and explained the problem and what they needed to do to correct it and had me up and running in a very short time......i would rate them excellant in every way.....what a wonderful company to do buisness with!! My power went out, I had to pick up my son from work, and I couldn't open my garage door. I called precision, explained my problem and they sent someone out to help me. He got out of the truck with a smile on face. He showed me how to use the emergency rope and was extremely patient and helpful. I am 76 years old, short, and not strong so I needed help. He was so helpful and gave me confidence I could handle this when it happens again. Thank you for being so patient, helpful, and friendly.

Our garage door decided not to go up today. It made a loud noise & from there just growled. I called a couple garage door companies & the earliest they could come was next Tuesday afternoon. I realized this was Friday morning & Mon a holiday, further complicating the time frame. So I went on line & liked what I read about your customer satisfaction & timeliness. Your tech, Kyle Muyskens, came to our house within a couple hours & was able to determine the problem. I couldn’t believe he had all the replacement parts on his truck & was able to fix it. Same day service & in a few hours had our garage door working again. Kyle was very nice, respectful & knowledgeable of his craft. I felt he was honest & I appreciated his demeanor. He thoroughly explained all that he had done & what he replaced. It’s refreshing to encounter good customer service like this today.

We had a problem with our garage door closing and opening on its own. We called Precision on Wednesday and a tech, Sam, was in our drive within a couple of hours. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and most of all helpful. I would call Precision in a heart beat again. This company Rocks!

I called and wasn’t sure what the problem was. If it was the opener, the springs or the door itself. I received wonderful service on the phone, and they had an opening the very next morning! Sam (the technician) contacted me and was here within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. He was professional, friendly, listened to my concerns and let me explain what I have done to try and remedy myself. He did full inspection and within 20 minutes came back with 3 estimates. We agreed on one that made us both comfortable that addressed all of my concerns, including replacing the springs, rollers and rubber pad I also have knowledge future steps that I can improve my garage door function. Can’t recommend them enough!
