My spring on my garage door broke last night. I quickly went online and chose Precision...wow, the process was so easy and quick, starting with setting the online appointment I was able to set. Ryan came out first thing this morning. Ryan inspected the entire situation plus my other door. Our technician was named Sam. He was a very nice man who was respectful and worked hard until the job was completed. He explained all of our options and let my husband and I decide what we wanted to do. He answered all our questions. When your springs break it isn’t a fun event, but getting it fixed quickly was great.
