This company has very good customer service and their technicians are very competent. I had a new garage door opener installed three years ago. Recently I had a problem with the garage door opening and they came out within an hour. It was just a minor problem and there was no charge. I would highly recommend this company.

So I never expected same day service at home, but I called at 3:30pm to see if we could get in the schedule this week. Within an hour Grant Sagan was at our door. He walked me through the sticker shock and didn’t try to up sale me on extra. Told me it would be about an 2 hours and he could deal with my messy garage. He even showed me the defect from the old spring and told me what to watch for in the future. Left our place better than he found it taking all the old equipment with him. Thanks Precision there is a reason why I called you!

Precision just replaced the springs on our door today after we had one break. Brandon Cosner reviewed our existing door and recommended the service we needed based on the age of the hardware. The price was beyond reasonable and the work was completed very quickly. Our door now opens and closes better than when it was new.

Garage Door Precision Service was absolutely amazing to work with. Fantastic communication! I knew who was coming, they sent a picture of the person in a text with contact information. I ask a lot of questions and the person they sent was so patient, answered everything, and also gave additional information that was helpful for us when we were making decisions. Work with them, you won't regret it! A panel on our garage door broke. After talking about our options we ordered a new one and also had a keypad installed. We were able to get a consultant, quote, and get it fixed in less than 48 hours.

We were having problems with our garage door opening so I called Precision Garage Door Service on Friday afternoon. Their representative said she could send someone out this morning. Worth Henry, Residential Service Technician arrived during the window of time that was scheduled and did a quick assessment of our door and our problems. We are happy with the solution he presented to our problem. We highly recommend Worth and Precision Garage Door Service. Worth is polite and very knowledgeable. Very pleased with our new opener.

You more than met my expectations, solved the problem in a very courteous and professional manner. Your technician was very helpful, pleasant and easy to talk to. A couple of friends found your ad and helped me place the call and I was especially impress with the quick response as I had to Uber to Church and wasn't looking forward to figuring it out on my own again as my daughter in Delaware had ordered it for me this time. The service performed is not listed as you probably don't encounter 83 year old women recently widowed who panic when the door wont open without more knowledge of what could be wrong. Ice had formed and stuck the door to the ground or whatever is under it.

My technician Shawn was awesome! He assessed my situation after a cable snapped from my garage door. I’m a nurse so I appreciated the clear and transparent communication; here’s the problem and why l, and here’s the solution. I assumed he’d be back in a couple days to fix it - nope, he had everything he needed! 2 hours later (in the Iowa winter temps) Shawn made it right! He also noticed my military sticker on the back of my car (Precision gives Veterans a military discount) which I appreciated because I am a Navy veteran. Professional, courteous, and punctual, I highly recommend this company!!

Today was rather cold and our garage door kept stopping halfway and raising after each time I lowered it. I called and Sam showed up on time and carefully listened to me and what I had tried to do to figure out what may be going on. Then, he proceeded to check the door and the opener and fixed the issue which seemed to be due to increased friction between the door bottom rubber and the side plastic cover on the wall. He meticulously explained what he did. He also went over some other details about the state of the door (i.e., rollers) which is several years old. I am grateful for his timeliness and the great/professional service he provided. Thank you Sam.

Things never break at a good time. Saturday night, I got home about 8 pm and my garage door would not open. I called my son who came over and we discovered one spring had broken. He had used Precision before, so he went online and entered a work request for Monday. Sunday morning, they called and were able to work me in - they came, gave me an estimate, suggested a few repairs as preventative maintenance and had my door working within an hour Grant did a great job of explaining what was repaired, was friendly and fast. My door was working again, and that was great since it was below 0 outside. What a great experience, a great technician fixing my door - would highly recommend to anyone needing garage door fixed

I damaged my garage door enough to knock the roller out of the track and for it not to close. I immediately called Precision because I see their commercials every morning. An appointment for that afternoon was scheduled. Brandon, the technician, called to give me his ETA, was very polite and helpful, and the job was done in a timely manner.
